Abstract: A configuration for calculating a distance and a position of an object included in an image in a direction in which distance measurement by a distance sensor is impossible is achieved. There is included an object distance calculation unit that inputs an imaged image taken by a camera and calculates a distance of an object in the image, and the object distance calculation unit calculates a distance to the object by applying actual size information of the object and image information of an image object included in the imaged image. Moreover, an object position calculation unit calculates an object position using calculation information of the object distance calculation unit and the image information. An object actual size is obtained on the basis of an imaged image in a direction in which distance measurement by the distance sensor is possible.
