Abstract: A tire (1) includes: a tread (2); a pair of sidewalls (3) that extends almost inward, in a radial direction, from ends of the tread (2); a pair of beads (4) positioned almost inward of the sidewalls (3) in the radial direction; and a clinch portion (5) that extends from the sidewalls (3) to the beads (4), wherein a concave curved surface (21) extends on an outer surface of the clinch portion (5) in a circumferential direction, and a convex curved surface (22) formed on an outer side end, in the radial direction, of a rim flange (30) is engageable with the concave curved surface (21), a ratio R1/R of a radius of curvature R1 of the concave curved surface (21) to a radius of curvature R of the convex curved surface (22) of the rim flange, satisfies 1.7≦R1/R≦2.5, and the radius of curvature R1 of the concave curved surface (21) and the radius of curvature R of the convex curved surface (22) are each a radius of curvature of an arc on a cross section as taken along a plane including a center axis of the tire.

Abstract: Tire including: a tread; a pair of sidewalls extending substantially inward radially from ends of the tread; a pair of beads positioned substantially radially inwardly of the sidewalls; and a clinch portion extending from the sidewalls to the beads. A concave curved surface extends on an outer surface of the clinch portion in a circumferential direction. A convex curved surface formed on a radially outer side end of a rim flange is engageable with the concave curved surface. A ratio R1/R of curvature radius R1 of the concave curved surface to a curvature radius R of the convex curved surface of the rim flange satisfies 1.7≤R1/R≤2.5. The curvature radii R1 and R of the concave and convex curved surfaces, respectively, are each a radius of curvature of an arc on a cross-section taken along a plane including a tire center axis.

Abstract: To improve durability performance and rolling resistance performance in a well-balanced manner. It is a tire for heavy loads including a carcass ply (6A). A sidewall rubber (3G) includes an inside rubber part (15) on the carcass (6) side, and an outside rubber part (16) disposed on the outside thereof and forming a tire outer surface. The inside rubber part (15) has a loss tangent tan δ1 less than the outside rubber part (16), and their difference is 0.010 to 0.035. The inside rubber part (15) has a complex elastic modulus less than the outside rubber part (16), their difference is 0.5 to 1.4 (MPa). The outer end (15s) in the tire radial direction of the inside rubber part (15) contacts with the outer surface (2h) in the tire axial direction of the tread rubber (2G), and the inner end (15u) in the tire radial direction is disposed radially inside the outer end (6e) in the tire radial direction of the turned up portion (6b) of the carcass ply (6A).

Abstract: A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion provided with three to five circumferentially extending main grooves and a plurality of lateral grooves, to form a plurality of block rows each of which includes a plurality of tread blocks. Each tread block includes a ground contact surface with a polygonal shape that has at least five sides and each interior angle of not less than 90 degrees. Each ground contact surface of the tread block includes a maximum axial width W1 positioned between its circumferentially both ends, a circumferential length L1 between its circumferentially both ends, and a ratio W1/L1 of the maximum axial width W1 to the circumferential length L1 in a range of from 0.6 to 0.9.
