摘要: A display device includes: a substrate; a light-emitting element on the substrate; a planarization layer on the light-emitting element; a first refractive index layer on the planarization layer and including a total reflection inclination surface totally reflecting light emitted from the light-emitting element in a front direction and a refraction inclination surface refracting light emitted from the light-emitting element in the front direction; a second refractive index layer on the first refractive index layer to be in contact with the refraction inclination surface and having a smaller refractive index than a refractive index of the first refractive index layer; and a third refractive index layer on the first refractive index layer and the second refractive index layer to be in contact with the total reflection inclination surface and having a larger refractive index than the refractive index of the first refractive index layer.

摘要: A thin film transistor array panel device comprises: a base substrate; a barrier layer disposed over the base substrate and comprising a plurality of transparent material layers; and an array of thin film transistors disposed over the barrier layer. A difference between a refractive index of the barrier layer and a refractive index of the base substrate may be within about 6%. The transparent material layers may be arranged such that the transparent material layers having compressive residual stress and the transparent material layers having tensile residual stress are alternately stacked. Each of the transparent material layers may comprise silicon oxynitride (SiON).

摘要: A display device includes a display panel including a display area including light-emitting elements and a non-display area including display pads and touch pads. The display panel may include touch electrodes disposed on the light-emitting elements in the display area, touch lines electrically connected to the touch electrodes and extended to the non-display area, and a switching circuit electrically connected to the touch lines through input pads in the non-display area and switching connections between the touch lines and touch connection lines electrically connected to the touch pads. The input pads are disposed in a contact area of the non-display area. The contact area of the non-display area is an area on which inorganic films are stacked.

The device further includes an auxiliary electrode including a connection part and a non-connection part, the connection part being connected to the second electrode. The width of the connection part may be less than that of the non-connection part, when measured in the direction perpendicular to a current flow.
