摘要: A flexible display device including a display panel providing a base surface and a touch screen disposed on the base surface. The display panel may include a plurality of light emitting areas and a non-light emitting area disposed adjacent to the light emitting areas. A plurality of touch electrodes and a plurality of insulating layers of the touch screen may have a mesh shape through which openings corresponding to the plurality of light emitting areas are defined. Accordingly, a flexibility of the flexible display device is improved, and the touch electrode is prevented from being cracked.

摘要: An organic light emitting display apparatus includes a first pixel and a second pixel. The first pixel includes a first data line, a first driving thin film transistor (TFT), and a first contact metal connected to the first driving TFT and in a layer at a same level as a layer of the first data line. The second pixel includes a second data line, a second driving TFT, and a second contact metal connected to the second driving TFT and in a layer at a same level as a layer of the second data line. The first gap between the first driving TFT and the first contact metal is different from a second gap between the second driving TFT and the second contact metal.

The compensation drain electrode is electrically connected to the driving gate electrode of the driving thin film transistor. The compensation semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor region overlapping the first gate electrode and a second semiconductor region overlapping the second gate electrode and disposed further from the compensation drain electrode than the first semiconductor region, and an area of the first semiconductor region is different than an area of the second semiconductor region.
