    摘要: A display apparatus that prevents visual recognition of flickering in each of display areas having different resolutions includes a first pixel circuit, a first display element, a second pixel circuit, and a second display element. The first pixel circuit includes: a first driving transistor configured to control a first current that flows to the first display element; and a first initializing transistor configured to apply a first initializing voltage to a gate of the first driving transistor in response to a first scan signal. The second pixel circuit includes: a second driving transistor configured to control a second current that flows to the second display element; and a second initializing transistor configured to apply a second initializing voltage having a level different from a level of the first initializing voltage to a gate of the second driving transistor in response to the first scan signal.

    摘要: A display device includes a first active pattern disposed on a substrate and including a first material, a second active pattern including a second material that is different from the first material of the first active pattern, a voltage line disposed under the second active pattern, a horizontal transmission line disposed on the second active pattern, and extending in a first direction and a connection pattern spaced apart from the horizontal transmission line, disposed on a same layer as the horizontal transmission line, and making electrical contact with the second active pattern and the voltage line. The horizontal transmission line and the voltage line may be spaced apart from each other and the second active pattern and the voltage line may make contact with each other through the connection pattern. Accordingly, a contact resistance value may be reduced, and a distribution of contact resistance values may resultantly be reduced.
