摘要: A display device, includes: a display panel including a pixel electrically coupled to a gate line and a data line; a gate driver configured to provide a gate signal to the gate line; and a data driver configured to provide a data signal to the data line, wherein the gate driver is configured to sequentially provide a first gate signal and a second gate signal to the gate line during a first frame period, wherein the data driver is configured to provide a first data signal to the data line in response to the first gate signal, and to provide a second data signal to the data line in response to the second gate signal, and wherein the second data signal is different from the first data signal and varies dependent on the first data signal.

摘要: A display device and a method of driving a display device are disclosed. The display device includes pixels respectively connected to corresponding scan lines, corresponding control lines, corresponding data lines, and corresponding sensing lines, a scan driver which supplies a scan signal to a scan line of the corresponding scan lines, and supplies a control signal to a control line of the corresponding control lines, a data driver which supplies one of an image data signal and a sensing data signal to a data line of the corresponding data lines, and a sensing driver which senses characteristics of driving transistors of different pixels of the pixels in a previous sensing period and a current sensing period, and determines a final sensing value of a target pixel of the pixels in the current sensing period, based on a difference between a previous sensing value of the target pixel, which is determined based on the sensing in the previous sensing period, and a preliminary sensing value of the target pixel, which is calculated based on the sensing in the current sensing period.

摘要: A display device that may compensate for characteristic deviations among pixels and impact picture quality is provided. The display device includes a plurality of pixels, a plurality of sensing lines connected to the pixels, a sensing circuit configured to extract characteristic information of the pixels through the sensing lines. The sensing circuit includes a plurality of analog-to-digital converters (ADC) to convert the characteristic information into digital sensing data and to output the digital sensing data. A compensating circuit is configured to compare output values of the plurality of ADCs, to set a correction value, and to convert first data into second data based on the sensing data and the correction value. A data driver is configured to generate data signals corresponding to the second data and to output the data signals to the pixels.
