    摘要: A holographic head-up display device has a light source portion that emits coherent light; an optical modulation portion that modulates the coherent light; a relay optical system that focuses the modulated light; a filter minor that has a reflection area at a focal position of the relay optical system and reflecting light incident through the relay optical system and an absorption area at the periphery of the reflection area and absorbing light incident through the relay optical system; and a transflective mirror that partially transmits and partially reflects light reflected by the filter minor.

    摘要: A display device, includes: a substrate including a plurality of pixel areas each having an emission area; and a pixel provided in each of the pixel areas, wherein the pixel comprises: at least one light emitting element on a first surface of the substrate; a first insulating layer on the light emitting element; at least one transistor on the first insulating layer and electrically connected to the light emitting element; a second insulating layer on the transistor; a common electrode on the second insulating layer; and a pixel electrode on a third insulating layer of the common electrode and electrically connected to the transistor, wherein the light emitting element comprises a semiconductor structure on the substrate, and first and second electrodes on the semiconductor structure to be spaced apart from each other.
