The electronic device may include a housing, a display that is foldable disposed on one face of the housing, memory, and a processor operatively connected to the display and the memory, wherein the memory includes instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to: generate at least one content based on user input on the display when the display is disposed in a folded state, detect unfolding of the display from the folded state to an unfolded state, and display at least one graphic object corresponding to the at least one generated content on at least a portion of the display when the first display is disposed in the unfolded state.

The method for transmitting content of the electronic device may include: an operation for displaying an execution screen of a message application; an operation for receiving a first input signal for selecting identification information about content to be transmitted through the message application to an external device; an operation for determining, in response to the reception of the first input signal, the number of segments into which the content is to be segmented, on the basis of the size of the content and the maximum attachment size of the message application; an operation for displaying at least one thumbnail representing the content and at least one indicator including information about the segmentation of the content; an operation for receiving a second input signal that requests transmission of the content; and an operation for transmitting at least a portion of the content that has been segmented to the external device in response to the reception of the second input signal.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an electronic device and a method of processing a pop-up window using a multi-window thereof. The electronic device includes: a housing; a display viewable through a first face of the housing; a processor operatively coupled with the display; and a memory operatively coupled with the processor. The memory may store instructions which, when executed, cause the processor to control the electronic device to: in response to occurrence of an event, display a pop-up window including a first User Interface (UI) corresponding to the event in some regions of the display, detect an input requesting extending and displaying the pop-up window, identify whether a multi-window is active in response to the detection of the input, and based on the multi-window being active, remove the pop-up window and display a second UI for the event on a sub-window having a lowest priority among at least one sub-window other than a main window among the multi-windows.

The device includes a first speaker and a second speaker; a first coupling unit and a second coupling unit which can be coupled to the first coupling unit; a sensor module for sensing at least one of a coupling state between the first coupling unit and the second coupling unit, a separation distance, and a separation time; a communication module for forming a communication channel with an electronic device; and a processor for receiving sound information corresponding to a sound output function from the electronic device, generating control information for controlling the sound output function on the basis of at least one of the coupling state between the first coupling unit and the second coupling unit, the separation distance, and the separation time, and transmitting the generated control information to the electronic device.
