    Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention includes: a microphone; a communication module; a memory; and at least one processor, wherein the processor can receive and record a voice through the microphone while a function of receiving the voice is activated, generate first authentication data including data for the voice and identification data for the electronic device on the basis of the recorded voice, determine the mode of the electronic device on the basis of the recorded voice, send the first authentication data, receive second authentication data corresponding to the first authentication data, use identification data included in the second authentication data to connect communication with an external electronic device when the data for the voice included in the first authentication data matches data for voice included in the second authentication data, and perform, according to the mode, at least one function related to the communication-connected external electronic device and the voice. Various other embodiments are also possible.

    Abstract: A method of optimizing an overlay measurement condition includes measuring, for each overlay measurement condition of multiple overlay measurement conditions, an overlay at multiple positions on a substrate; calculating, for each of the multiple overlay measurement conditions, key parameter indexes (KPIs) based on the measured overlay; converting, for each of the multiple overlay measurement conditions, the KPIs into key parameter function (KPF) values based on a KPF, where each of the KPFs has a same dimensional representation; integrating, for each of the multiple overlay measurement conditions, the KPF values to generate an integrated KPF value; and selecting an optimized overlay measurement condition from among the multiple overlay measurement conditions based on the integrated KPF values associated with each of the multiple overlay measurement conditions.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an in memory computing (IMC) processor. An in memory computing (IMC) processor includes a static random access memory (SRAM) IMC device including type 1 IMC macros in which a direction of writing data therein is the same as an operation direction of performing a multiply and accumulate (MAC) operation in the type 1 IMC macros, and type 2 IMC macros in which a direction of writing data therein is different from the operation direction in the type 1 IMC macros, and the SRAM IMC device is configured to use the type 1 IMC macros and the type 2 IMC macros to perform a multiply and accumulation (MAC) operation between an input feature map and a weight, and a shift accumulator configured to perform a shift operation on an output of the SRAM IMC device and accumulate a result of the shift operation.
