An image processing apparatus may include a main memory configured to store an application for reproducing image content, and setting information corresponding to the stored application, a first ancillary memory configured to load and store the stored application from the main memory in response to operation of a signal processor, a second ancillary memory configured to, in response to the signal processor operating, temporarily store the signal-processed image content, and in response to the signal processor not operating, load and store the stored application from the main memory, and a controller configured to, in response to receiving an execution request with respect to the application for reproducing the image content, and the signal processor not operating, load and store the stored application from the main memory into the second ancillary memory based on the setting information corresponding to the application stored in the main memory, and execute the stored application.
Abstract:
An image displaying apparatus, a driving method thereof, and an apparatus and method for supporting a resource are provided. The image displaying apparatus includes a file provider configured to provide a file, a communicator configured to communicate with an external apparatus that executes a file editing application, and a controller configured to transmit, to the external apparatus, file information provided from the file provider and to edit the file based on editing information about the file received in response to the transmitting of the file information.

A resonator oscillator that may be included in a gas sensing system may include an oscillator that may be electrically connected to an external resonator through a conductive line. The oscillator may generate an oscillating signal having a frequency corresponding to a resonance frequency of the external resonator in an oscillating path. A spurious resonance removal circuit on the oscillating path may remove spurious resonance caused by the conductive line from the oscillating path. A gas sensing system may include the oscillator, a resonator that includes a sensor configured to sense a gas, and a frequency counting logic that receives the oscillating signal and a reference clock signal, performs a counting operation on the oscillating signal according to a logic state of the reference clock signal to generate a counted value, and generate a gas sensing output indicating a sensed gas based on the counted value.
Abstract:
An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device comprises: a dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS) unit for measuring the usage of an application processor (AP) corresponding to at least one function being executed and for controlling the voltage and operating frequency of the AP on the basis of the measured AP usage; and a control unit for controlling the DVFS unit not to control the voltage and operating frequency of the AP if said at least one function includes a preset function. Accordingly, if the preset function is executed, the response speed can be increased by not controlling the voltage and operating frequency of the AP.
