摘要: A dispense mechanism for a drug delivery device for the delivery of a primary medicament in a primary cartridge and a secondary medicament in a secondary cartridge includes a primary drive member and a secondary drive member serve for driving a primary and a secondary lead screw. The primary drive member and the secondary drive member are configured to rotate during dose dispense. A coupling member serves for rotationally coupling the primary drive member to the secondary drive member and moves from a first position in which the primary drive member is rotationally decoupled from the secondary drive member into a second position in which the primary drive member is rotationally coupled to the secondary drive member during dose dispense. Rotation of the primary drive member moves the coupling member from the first position into the second position.

摘要: A dose setting mechanism for a drug delivery device includes a primary drug delivery assembly and a secondary drug delivery assembly. The dose setting mechanism includes a primary dose dial component for setting a dose in the primary drug delivery assembly and a secondary dose dial component for setting a dose in the secondary drug delivery assembly. The primary dose dial component and the secondary dose dial component are configured to rotate during dose setting. A gear mechanism is configured such that in a first phase of the dose setting, rotation of the primary dose dial component is transferred to the secondary dose dial component and such that in a second phase of the dose setting, the secondary dose dial component is decoupled from the primary dose dial component such that rotation of the primary dose dial component is prevented from being transferred to the secondary dose dial component.

摘要: A housing includes a body and a cartridge holder. The body can accommodate a drive mechanism including a piston rod to operably engage with a piston of a cartridge filled with a liquid injectable medicament. The cartridge holder has a cartridge receiving space. The cartridge holder has an insert section at a proximal end. The body has a receptacle to receive the insert section. The cartridge holder includes a first latch element located on the insert section. The body includes a second latch element located in the receptacle and protruding inwardly from a side wall section of the receptacle. A radial extension of the first latch element is less than a thickness of the side wall of the insert section or of the receptacle. A radial protrusion of the second latch element is less than a thickness of the side wall sections of the insert section or of the receptacle.
