摘要： A method of reducing the cost and environmental impact of chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing is to use a proppant that is coated with at least two chemicals, where each of those chemicals are useful in treating a well. By coating at least two chemicals onto the proppant the amounts of chemicals required to treat a well are reduced by delivering the chemicals to only the areas that require treatment. Additionally mixing issues are avoided as only a single proppant or substrate is used in the well.

摘要： A hold down or retaining clip is provided for removably securing a supporting spider for a heating element to a top wall of an appliance such as an electric range. Generally in such appliance there is a burner bowl in which the spider and heating element are supported, and the clip, which is secured to the top wall, has upwardly extending arms which project through the bowl to resiliently engage the spider to secure the spider to the top wall. The clip also indirectly secures the burner bowl to the top wall in that the spider rests on top of the burner bowl when installed, which in turn rests directly on top of the top wall of the appliance.

摘要： A batting swing device is presented which enables a batter to determine whether or not his swing is good or bad. The device is designed for use by both baseball and softball players. It is intended to teach hitters the correct path that a bat must travel during a swing in order to most effectively hit a ball to all parts of a playing field. The device is approximately 5 inches in outer diameter and three inches in inner diameter, and shaped similar to a doughnut. The inner diameter is flat to enable the device to easily slip on and off a baseball bat. The device is made of polyethylene plastic and weighs approximately two ounces. When a batter takes a swing with the device slipped onto the bat and above the batter's hands, the direction of travel of the device will determine whether or not the batter has made a good swing. If the device travels towards the pitcher's mound, or within a 50 degree angle measured off of the pitcher's mound, the batter's swing was a correct one. On the other hand, if the device travels to either the left or the right of the desired 50 degree angle, the batter has swung the bat incorrectly. Depending on which side the device lands, the batter will be able to discover the flaws in his swing.

摘要： A rack system for an oven wherein the oven includes an oven cavity having top, bottom, rear and side walls, the side walls including a plurality of support runners arranged as associated pairs on the side walls of the oven cavity. The insert rack has an area substantially equal to the cutout area and is adapted to removably attach to the main rack and fit within the cutout area. The insert rack may be removed from the main rack such that large items having a height greater than the vertical distance between the lower an upper rack may be accommodated.
