    摘要: A receptacle has a wall defining a receptacle interior and a shaft housing for guiding a shaft through the wall into the receptacle interior. The shaft housing defines an annular cap with spaced apart inner and outer walls connected by an inner end face facing the receptacle interior. A shaft guide part has an end facing the receptacle interior and an outer surface that defines a gap relative to the inner wall of the shaft housing. The shaft guide part has an annular wall spaced apart from and parallel to its outer surface. The annular wall extends over the free end of the inner wall of the shaft housing and is sealed to the inner and outer walls of the shaft housing by at least one seal each. The shaft guide part is mounted in the shaft housing by a radial ball bearing and by an axial ball bearing.

    摘要: A bioreactor has a stirrer shaft that is driveable by a drive and on which a stirrer element is positioned. The position of the stirrer element is determined by a stirrer installation aid. The stirrer installation aid has a free end with an abutment surface on which the free end of the stirrer element abuts. The stirrer installation aid is designed as a sleeve that comprises a slot extending between the axial ends of the sleeve. The slot is delimited by opposite flanks of a wall, and the sleeve is placed on the stirrer shaft. The stirrer installation aid can be pulled off laterally from the stirrer shaft. A method for installing the stirrer element on the stirrer shaft arranged in the bioreactor also is provided.

    摘要: A method is provided for measuring parameters of state of a fluid contained in a container (10, 10′) that has a sensor carrier plate with plural sensors (S01-S10, S01′-S10′). Each sensor has a sensor head in operative contact with the interior of the container (10, 10′) and in operative contact with an external control unit (12). The external control unit (12) receives measurement data generated by the sensor heads of active sensors via their communication link and processes the data. An activation data record (24, 24′) is assigned to each sensor (S01-S10, S01′-S10′) and is recorded in a manner that is accessible for the external control unit (12). The external control unit (12) first accesses the activation data records (24, 24′), then classifies the sensors (S01-S10, S01′-S10′) as activatable or nonactivatable sensors, and subsequently activates only those sensors classified as activatable sensors.
