摘要: An electric power steering apparatus in which a housing (3) is formed with a housing opening (38) through which bus bars (20) pass for electrically connecting the motor (1) and the control circuit unit (2) with each other. A casing is formed with a heat sink opening (46) through which the bus bars (20) pass, so that the motor (1) and the control circuit unit (2) are integrated with each other with the housing opening (38) and the heat sink opening (46) disposed to correspond to each other.

摘要: A rotation angle detector includes a stator core (2) comprised of a plurality of core sheets (4) each having plural core members (4a) each including a tooth and a yoke portion (5a, . . . , 5h, 4b) disposed in a strip-like array with adjacent core members being coupled to one another by coupling means (4d) at yoke end portion. The core member is laminated. The stator core is shaped into an annular form by bending the core members at coupled portions so that the tooth portions extend centrally while capable of extending substantially linearly upon expansion thereof. An exciting winding (8) and output windings (9, 10) of n phases are wound on the tooth portions. A rotor core (3) is disposed rotatably relative to the stator core such that gap permeance between the rotor core and the tooth portions changes sinusoidally as a function of the rotation angle.

摘要: A motor for use with a motorized power steering apparatus is provided in which the number of component members can be reduced, and workability in assembling the component members can be improved, while enabling miniaturization of the entire motor. The motor includes a bottomed cylindrical frame 31, a bracket 32 fixedly secured to the frame 31, a rotating element 8 having a shaft 7 rotatably supported by a frame side bearing 110 fixedly mounted on the frame 31 and a bracket side bearing 100 fixedly mounted on the bracket 32, a stationary element 6 fixedly attached to the frame 31 around an outer periphery of the rotating element 8 and having a stator winding 18 wound therearound, a rotation sensor 15 provided on the bracket 32 at a housing side of the bracket side bearing 100, and a plurality of sensor signal wires 38 for supplying and receiving signals to and from the rotation sensor 15.

摘要: A motor for an electric power steering apparatus can improve working efficiency, and can be reassembled without requiring any new or additional members. A bracket is disposed at an opening of a cylindrical bottomed frame. A stator with a stator winding is fixed to the frame around a rotor. Stator-side terminals each having a connection portion extending toward the bracket are disposed between the stator and the bracket, and are connected with the stator winding. A connector base includes connection terminals connected with tip ends of the connection portions, a base portion with the connection terminals disposed on a surface thereof, and nuts mounted on the base portion. Leads have, at their one end, lead-side terminals in contact with the connection terminals. Screws are threaded on the nuts, respectively, for coupling the connection terminals and the lead-side terminals.

摘要: A small-sized and inexpensive electric motor in which connection of a stator coil is easy, the connecting portion occupies a small space, and stable torque characteristics are obtained by making electric resistance uniform. A coil bobbin is mounted on a magnetic pole of a stator core, and a stator coil is fitted. A lead wire is led to an external diameter side of one end of the stator core. A connecting conductor holder with a common coil-connecting conductor, connecting conductors for each phase and a through hole is mounted on an end of a coil bobbin. The common coil-connecting conductor has connecting terminals projecting in radial directions, and the connecting conductors for each phase have such a cross-sectional area as to equalize electric resistance of each phase after connecting the stator coil. The through hole is formed to allow a bearing-housing portion to be inserted.
