    摘要: An apparatus for processing polished cereal to obtain no-bran cereal having a reduced size. The apparatus comprises a polished cereal processing section for removing bran remaining on surfaces of polished cereal by mixing granular material with the polished cereal so that the remaining bran is captured by the granular material, and separating the polished cereal with bran removed and the granular material with bran captured; and a granular material reprocessing section for reprocessing the granular material with bran captured and feeding back the reprocessed granular material to the polished cereal processing section for recycling the granular material. The granular material reprocessing section includes a screen tube for separating the granular material within a predetermined granularity range and a removing roller arranged to rotate in the screen tube for removing the bran captured on surfaces of the granular material fed into the screen tube.

    摘要: Warm and wet air are applied to brown rice with germinated germs, produced by adding water to the brown rice, for removing water attached to a surface of the rice. A surface of the germinated brown rice is polished by a rice-polishing machine while remaining the germinated germs to obtain rice with germinated germs. Water of about 1 to 10% of rice weight is added to soften the rice surface. The rice and granules whose granule size is set to a constant granule size smaller than that of the rice and which is heated to 60° C. or higher are mixed with the rice and stirred. Rice bran remaining on a rice surface after polishing is absorbed by the granules and is removed. And, the rice and granules are separated from each other.

    摘要: A roll eccentricity control system for rolling apparatus in which a period of each cycle corresponding to one revolution of the roll is divided into a plurality of sections, a deviation in thickness of the rolled material in each section is sampled during the rolling operation, the sampled deviations in the respective sections for at least one period are averaged to determine a period average deviation and the deviations sampled during plural periods are averaged separately for the respective sections to determine section average deviations of the respective sections which are stored as basic data, the period average deviation is subtracted from the section average deviations and the resultant differences for the respective sections are stored as basic patterns, the basic data and the basic pattern stored for each section are readout at a suitable timing to be used for producing a reduction position control signal for that section, which is adapted to compensate the thickness variation of the rolled material when rolled under that section.
