The impedance of the one resistor stack is from about 15% to about 35% of the total impedance of the two resistor stacks when the arcing gap means sparks over, and the rated voltage of the arrester is not less than about 50 KV.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for the injection molding of a resin to produce a shaped resin article having a thick portion biasedly, wherein an excess filling of the cavity of a mold is effected to form a molten resin mass having opposite, first and second surfaces respectively facing opposite, first and second inner walls of the mold cavity, the mold having a specific structure in which a gas-release passage is formed in association with the mold cavity and with a mating surface of the mold, which gas-release passage has an inner opening in an inner wall surface of the mold cavity and communicates with the outside of the mold, and a pressurized gas is introduced into the mold cavity on a side of the first surface of the molten resin mass, thereby forming a closed space which is filled with the pressurized gas and separated from the gas-release passage through the molten resin mass, so that the pressurized gas filled in the closed space urges the second surface of the molten resin mass to be pressed against the second inner wall of the mold cavity.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hollow injection-molding method of forming a hollow portion in molten resin in a mold cavity by introducing a pressurized fluid, and also to a pressurized fluid introducing and discharging apparatus therefor, and has an object of eliminating the backflow of the molten resin into a pressurized fluid passage. A gap between a cylindrical sleeve and a shaft core inserted into the sleeve is used as the pressurized fluid passage. The front end of the shaft core is projected into a mold beyond the sleeve front end to serve as a guide face. By sliding the shaft core, the state of an opening portion of the pressurized fluid passage in the side of the mold is changed between a narrowed state where the pressurized fluid can pass through the opening portion but the molten resin cannot enter the opening portion and a widened state allowing the pressurized fluid to rapidly discharge. The guide face allows the pressurized fluid to be reliably introduced into the mold cavity.

    摘要: A magneto-optical recording medium includes a recording layer, a reproducing layer in which information is subjected to expansion reproduction, a first intermediate layer which is provided between the recording layer and the reproducing layer, a recording magnetic field assist layer which is provided on a side opposite to a side of the first intermediate layer with respect to the recording layer, and a second intermediate layer which is provided between the recording layer and the recording magnetic field assist layer. The recording magnetic field assist layer exhibits perpendicular magnetization, which is one of an amorphous alloy film containing GdFeCo as major component and a multilayer film formed by alternately stacking transition metal layers and noble metal layers. The recording magnetic field assist layer generates the assist magnetic field during recording of information to form stable recording magnetic domains even when the external magnetic field is low.
