[Problems] The objective of present invention is to provide the mold, injection molding system and method capable of limiting the outflow of pressurized fluid injected into a mold cavity.[Solution] A mold device and a molding device comprising: a shaft body 27 provided at least on one mold among a first mold 205 and a second mold 206 that form a molding space 200, the shaft body being used for pushing out a molded article formed from a resin injected into the molding space 200; a ring-shaped elastic member for supporting the shaft body 27 in which an opening formed along the circumferential direction is oriented toward the said molding space; and an injection portion provided on at least one mold among the first mold 205 and the second mold 206, the injection portion being used for injecting a pressurized fluid into the molding space 200.

An injection molding machine includes a gas feeding mechanism configured to feed gas to a cavity formed between a first mold plate and a second mold plate in a clamped state; an injection apparatus configured to inject a foamable resin into the cavity having an inside pressure thereof increased to be higher than an atmospheric pressure by the gas feeding mechanism; and a gas releasing mechanism configured to release the gas inside the cavity to an atmosphere through a gap formed between an inner wall surface of a through hole formed through one of the first mold plate and the second mold plate and an outer circumferential surface of a mold member inserted into the through hole, during or after the injection of the foamable resin by the injection apparatus.

A plastic article is formable by using a metal die having a cavity to accommodate melted resin therein at a given pressure. The plastic article includes a transfer face to which is transferred a face shape of the metal die, a projection disposed at least one face other than the transfer face, an incomplete transfer face having a concave shape disposed at the same face on which the projection is disposed, formed by an incomplete transfer of a face shape of the cavity of the metal die, and an incomplete transfer face having a convex shape disposed at least one face other than the transfer face.
Abstract:
This invention relates to an injection molding method using an injection mold. The method comprises (1) a molten resin injection step for injecting the molten resin from a gate into a cavity, (2) a pressure-keeping step for continuously applying pressure from the gate after the molten resin injection step, and (3) a fluid injection step for injecting a fluid toward the back surface of the molded product. The pressure-keeping step and the fluid injection step are simultaneously executed.Simultaneously executing these two steps can lower the pressure that is to be continuously applied from the gate. The present injection molding method can reduce the pressure of the fluid to be injected toward the back surface of the molded product in order to cause the back surface of the molded product to separate from the cavity surface.

This invention provides a resin molding device, resin molding method and resin molded product capable of guiding a sink to an optional position to perform a precise molding. A resin molding metal mold 1 comprises a gate 3 formed in the centeral part of a cavity 2, a stepped part 4 increasing the opening diameter of the cavity 2 in the circumferential direction orthogonal to the flowing direction of a molten resin 10 introduced into the cavity 2 from the gate 3, and a fine outside air inlet part 5 circumferentially formed on the outer part from the stepped part 4. The outside air inlet part 5 is formed of a porous material and allowed to communicate with the outside of the resin molding metal mold 1 through a communicating passage 6. Accordingly, the molten resin 10 injected into the cavity 2 from the gate 3 is cooled with the outside air introduced from the outside air inlet part 5 formed in the area except a transfer part after the reduction in resin pressure by the stepped part 4 to generate a sink, forming a non-transfer part, so that the transfer property of the transfer part can be improved to enhance the shape precision of the molded product.

The invention relates to a method for injection molding a plastic molded part in an injection mold, comprising a) injecting a specified amount of plastic melt into the injection mold; b) introducing a compressed fluid between a part of the wall of the injection mold and the injected plastic melt; c) allowing the plastic melt to cool until the plastic molded part is self-supporting; and d) removing the plastic molded part from the mold. The invention specifies that, during or after step a) and during or before step b), the cavity of the injection mold is sealed against the environment, preferably by activating at least one seal.

A mold apparatus and method is used to form a solid injection molded plastic part having no internal voids, a Class A finish, a sink-free exterior appearance surface, and unevenly distributed structural detail extending from the opposite surface, the detail including free-standing reinforcement ribs, attachment bosses, and the like. In sequence, a seal groove in the mold cavity is reduced to a pressure below atmospheric (i.e., negative), a charge of hot thermoplastic is introduced into the mold cavity and seal groove whereby to form a gas seal ring, and pressurized gas is injected into the mold cavity. The pressurized gas forces the hot plastic from one mold half against the other mold half, and the gas seal formed by the plastic prevents gas on one side of the thermoplastic from reaching the appearance surface of the part.
