摘要: The present invention concerns an exchange control method, wherein an old host exchange accommodating a remote switch unit or subscribers is adapted to be accommodated in a new host exchange, and its object is to allow call processing control to be performed by the new host exchange while making effective use of the resources of the old host exchange including the remote switch unit. The new host exchange and the old host exchange are connected in an interoffice configuration by a signaling link, and each exchange includes an emulation processor; the old host exchange and the new host exchange perform message editing and exchange between the respective emulation processors, and exchange control is performed in such a manner that when there occurs data or a request for basic control that is normally processed at the old host exchange, the data or request is transferred to the new host exchange, and the new host exchange processes the data or request and sends a notification to the old host exchange.

摘要: The present invention is provided to improve congestion control without changing a quality of a connection service of communications even if congestion occurs and realize a flexible correspondence. The congestion control method, comprising the steps of generating a call pattern as time series data of calls from a subscriber, performing Fast Fourier transformation on the time series data of the calls to detect short periodic component of a frequency, delaying the detected short periodical component with a prescribed threshold, and delaying a timing of sending a congestion tone (CT) or busy tone (BT) when the value of the short periodical component exceeds the prescribed threshold.

摘要: A cable fixing member formed of one belt-like metal plate bent to fix three cables to a structure includes two flanges formed at both ends of the metal plate, two C-shaped holding portions formed to be bent into C-shapes in cross section on both sides respectively of a reference portion of the metal plate to hold two of the three cables in the C-shaped holding portions respectively, and two semicircular arc portions formed to be bent into semicircular arc shapes in cross section between the C-shaped holding portions and the flanges on both the sides respectively of the reference portion of the metal plate so that the two semicircular arc portions face each other to hold one of the three cables therebetween. The three cables are held so that the three cables are arranged to form a triangular shape in transverse cross sectional view.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display utilizing the dispense-injection method, and it is an object of the invention to provide a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display which allows an optimum quantity of liquid crystals to be dispensed on each substrate. At a dispense-injection step, in the case of a two-shot process for fabricating two liquid crystal display panels from a single glass substrate 80, the heights of support posts on two CF substrates 82 (let us call them surfaces A and B) having columnar spacers formed thereon are measured at a plurality of points (e.g., five locations indicated by numerals 1 through 5) on each of the surfaces A and B using a laser displacement gauge and an average value of the height is obtained. The support post height of the columnar spacers is thus measured in advance to control the quantity of dispensed liquid crystals based on the measured value.
