    摘要: An electrical wiring structure is provided which can be formed simultaneously when non-linear elements containing corrosion resistant metal wires and non-corrosion resistant metal wires are formed. In addition, a manufacturing method of the electrical wiring structure, an electro-optical device substrate provided with the electrical wiring structure, an electro-optical device, and a manufacturing method thereof are also provided. In particular, an oxide layer and the non-corrosion resistant metal wire are sequentially formed on a surface of the corrosion resistant metal wire. An exposed portion of the corrosion resistant metal wire is formed by removing part of the oxide layer. An electrical connection auxiliary member, such as a through-hole formed at the exposed portion or a conductive inorganic oxide film formed on the corrosion resistant metal wire and the exposed portion, is formed to electrically connect the corrosion resistant metal wire and the non-corrosion resistant metal wire.

The wires 16 each have a first wire layer which is continuously formed in the inside region of the sealing material 30 and the outside region of the sealing material 30 or which is continuously formed in the region overlapping the sealing material 30 and the outside region of the sealing material 30; and a second wire layer 182 which is formed in the inside region of the sealing material 30 or the region overlapping the sealing material 30. Since being not exposed to outside air, the second wire layer 182 is not corroded.

    摘要: A liquid crystal device which has a plurality of pixels and which is configured in such a manner that a counter substrate is opposed to a color filter substrate with a liquid crystal interposed therebetween. The color filter substrate has a reflection film on the surface of a substrate body. Blue, green, and red colored layers, are formed on the surface of the reflection film in matrix form so as to correspond to the respective pixels. A light shield layer is formed between the colored layers. Colored layers for color characteristic evaluation and a light shield layer for optical density measurement are provided in an area located outside an effective pixel area of the color filter substrate. The reflection film is not formed between the colored layers for color characteristic evaluation and the substrate body and between the light shield layer for optical density measurement and the substrate body.

    摘要: Reflective display and transmissive display are performed by driving liquid crystal in a predetermined area (region b) in a non-crossing region by using an oblique electric field. Light passed through the region b when a voltage is applied is shaded since the liquid crystal in the region b is driven. Accordingly, at a position of a second substrate 2b corresponding to the region b, it is not necessary to provide a shading film 22. Consequently, a line width S1 of the shading film 22 can be designed to be smaller compared to that of a conventional one, and hence, a high aperture ratio can be obtained.
