摘要: A beam member is fixed to a side member of a vehicle body. The side member is provided with a nut member and a reinforcing member. A bolt is inserted into the nut member from under the side member. The reinforcing member includes first and second plate portions. The first plate portion includes a pair of flanges that are bent individually at bent portions. The respective positions of the bent portions are adjusted depending on a distance between sidewalls of the side member. The flanges are welded to the sidewalls. The second plate portion includes a base portion welded to the lower end of the nut member and an upright portion extending along the nut member.

摘要: A beam member is fixed to a side member of a vehicle body. The side member is provided with a nut member and a reinforcing member. A bolt is inserted into the nut member from under the side member. The reinforcing member includes first and second plate portions. The first plate portion includes a pair of flanges that are bent individually at bent portions. 摘要: A battery unit is provided under a floor panel. The battery unit is arranged between a pair of right and left side members. The battery unit is provided with a battery case. The battery case includes a tray member and cover member. Electric components are contained in the battery case. Beam members made of metal are attached to the tray member. Both end portions of these beam members are supported by the side members. The tray member includes a resin and insert members made of metal provided inside the resin. The insert members include metal plates arranged on the front side and rear side of the electric components.

摘要: A battery unit comprises a battery case, and a plurality of battery modules stored and held in the battery case. The battery case includes a bottom wall and a partition. The plurality of battery modules are mounted on the bottom wall. The partition is provided and erected on the bottom wall. The partition separates the battery modules adjacent in a second direction traversing a first direction. The first direction is oriented from a first end of the battery case at which an inlet is formed to a second end at which an outlet is formed. The partition extends along a plane where the battery modules face each other in the second direction along the battery modules. The partition is inclined in the extending direction.

摘要: A battery tray is fixed onto a front battery cross member lower and a rear battery cross member lower. The battery pack is mounted on the battery tray. The front battery cross member lower and the rear battery cross member lower come into contact with a deformable zone of the battery tray and the end face of each of battery cross member uppers at attachment portions. Space is created between the battery pack and the battery cross member uppers. The battery cross member uppers are welded so that a deformable zone having relatively low rigidity is formed. In this way, the front battery cross member lower and the rear battery cross member lower are fixed to a pair of side members through the battery cross member uppers.
