摘要: When carrying workpieces from a loading area in which the workpieces are handled into a heat treatment furnace to make the workpieces subjected to a heat treatment process using a predetermined process gas, the loading area is evacuated and controlled at a predetermined low negative pressure. An exhaust for evacuating the loading area is connected to the loading area, and a controller controls the exhaust so that the loading area is maintained at the predetermined low negative pressure. A specific gas and particles contained in a gas discharged from the loading area are removed by filters.

摘要: An image processing apparatus is provided which efficiently saves power by preventing unnecessary transitions from a power saving state to a non-power saving state. The image processing apparatus processes image data, and is capable of switching an operation mode between (a) a power saving mode in which power consumption is suppressed and (b) a non-power saving mode in which power is more consumed than in the power saving mode. The image processing apparatus includes: a foot sensor and a computing process section for which detects (i) a first conforming state where a person is present within a predetermined distance range in front of the image processing apparatus and (ii) a second conforming state where a direction, in which the person faces, is within a predetermined range which allows an assumption that the person is faces a front side of the image processing apparatus; and a sub control section which controls the operation mode to be switched from the power saving mode to the non-power saving mode, when the first conforming state and the second conforming state are detected in a state where the operation mode is set to the power saving mode.

摘要: A main controller controls drive of an LSU for irradiating laser light onto a charged photoreceptor, based on control data read from a non-volatile memory. The main controller causes the LSU to irradiate a beam of light onto the photoreceptor so as to form on the photoreceptor an electrostatic latent image corresponding to an image to be formed. A controlling section reads through an image reading section control data from the non-volatile memory at a different timing from a timing at which the main controller controls the LSU. The controlling section controls drive of the LSU based on the read control data.

摘要: There is disclosed a small-size speaker in which distortion is not easily caused when a diaphragm vertically movers for sound reproduction. The speaker includes: a bottom-equipped cylindrical frame having an opening at the top; a magnetic circuit arranged on the inner bottom of the frame; a voice coil whose coil portion is arranged in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit; a diaphragm arranged at the opening of the frame and its inner circumference is fixed to the voice coil while its outer circumference is fixed to the frame via a first edge; and a support body having one end fixed to the side of the diaphragm having the magnetic circuit and the other end fixed to the vicinity of the magnetic circuit via a second edge. The first edge has a shape substantially similar to the shape of the second edge with respect to the boundary between the first edge and the second edge.

摘要: Voice coil body of a loudspeaker is provided at the outer circumferential wall surface with a supporting section. Diameter of the inner circumference of suspension holder is greater than outer diameter of the voice coil body while diameter of the inner circumference of diaphragm is greater than diameter of the inner circumference of suspension holder for facilitating a gluing of the inner circumferential end of suspension holder and the inner circumferential end of diaphragm on the supporting section and to the voice coil body. By so doing, harmonic distortion of a loudspeaker can be further reduced.

摘要: A semiconductor manufacturing unit according to the invention includes a processing container into which a semiconductor substrate is adapted to be conveyed. A heating unit is adapted to heat an atmosphere in the processing container in order to thermally process the semiconductor substrate. A plane thermoelectric module having a first surface is arranged opposite to an area heated by the heating unit, for converting a thermal energy of the area into an electric energy by making use of Seebeck effect. According to the feature, the thermal energy which has been disposed in conventional units can be used as the electric energy. Thus, total energy efficiency of the semiconductor manufacturing unit can be raised.

摘要: A plastic laminate having an apliphatic polyamide resin surface layer and a fluororesin surface layer is produced by using an intermediate layer formed of a blend of an aliphatic polyamide resin with a fluorine-containing graft copolymer, which is obtained by graft polymerization of a suitable monomer such as vinylidene fluoride, or a mixture of monomers, with an elastomeric copolymer of at least two principal monomers including at least one fluorine-containing monomer, e.g. vinyliden fluoride and chlorotrifluoroethylene, and an unsaturated peroxy compound. The fluorine-containing graft copolymer is a soft, flexible resin and is well compatible with aliphatic polyamide resins and also with various fluororesins. The fluororesin surface layer uses, for example, polyvinylidene fluoride, a vinyliden fluoride based copolymer or the fluorine-containing graft copolymer. The lamination can be accomplished by simply welding the two surface layers to the intermediate layer. The laminate can be produced in tubular form by a coextrusion method and can be used, for example, as an automotive fuel hose.
