    摘要: A resin sheet which comprises a base layer containing particles dispersed therein and hence has excellent dimensional stability; a resin sheet which comprises a base layer containing particles dispersed therein and hence has excellent light diffusion properties; resin sheets which comprise either of those resin sheets containing dispersed particles and a reflecting layer, inorganic gas barrier layer, and color filter layer respectively superposed thereon; and a liquid crystal display using any of these resin sheets containing dispersed particles. Some of the resin sheets containing dispersed particles comprise a base layer comprising a thermoplastic resin or thermoset resin and dispersed therein an inorganic oxide having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 nm, the amount of the inorganic oxide being 0.1 to 23% by weight based on the weight of the base layer.

    摘要: There is provided an optical member having an optical material and a tacky layer provided on at least one surface of the optical material. The tacky layer has an initial adhesive force of not smaller than 400 g per 25 mm based on 90° peeling from a resin substrate and has an adhesive force of not larger than 1000 g per 25 mm after heating at 70° C. for 5 hours. There is also provided a cell substrate made of a resin substrate. The resin substrate has an initial adhesive force of not smaller than 400 g per 25 mm on based on 90° peeling from the tacky layer provided on the optical material and having an adhesive force of not larger than 1000 g per 25 mm after heating at 70° C. for 5 hours. And there is provided a liquid-crystal display in which the optical member is adhesively bonded through the tacky layer of the optical member to the surface of a liquid-crystal cell formed by used of the cell substrate.

    摘要: An optical resin sheet includes a cured resin layer containing glass fiber, wherein the ratio of the elastic modulus of the glass fiber to the elastic modulus of a cured resin material, which forms the cured resin layer, is 25 or more. With the thus arranged optical resin sheet, stress is applied to the glass fiber, thereby reducing the phenomenon of occurrence of birefringence, and when it is applied to a display device, there is achieved a significantly small light leakage in an oblique direction. The optical resin sheet is capable of achieving excellent display quality of an image display device such as a liquid crystal display device, as well as keeping the coefficient of thermal expansion lower and the mechanical strength higher.
