    摘要: A 3D image display includes a display panel operated in 2D and 3D driving modes and a barrier panel turned off in the 2D driving mode and turned on in the 3D driving mode to separate an image output from the display panel to left and right-eye images. The barrier panel includes a reference electrode, first barrier electrodes arranged in a first direction, second barrier electrodes alternately arranged with the first barrier electrodes along the first direction, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the reference electrode and the first and second barrier electrodes. Each first barrier electrode includes first electrode pieces arranged in a zigzag fashion along a second direction different from the first direction, and each second barrier electrode includes second electrode pieces arranged in the zigzag fashion.

    摘要: A 3D image display apparatus includes a light modulator configured to modulate an image light, a difference map generator configured to obtain an absolute value of a difference between a variation value of a left 2D image and a variation value of a right 2D image, an image processor configured to generate 3D image display position information using the absolute value, a light modulator controller configured to partially activate the light modulator in response to the 3D image display position information, an image generator for generating an interlaced image using the left and right 2D images, and an image display device for displaying the interlaced image. The activated area of the light modulator corresponds to an area of the displayed interlaced image, so that the light modulator modulates light provided from the displayed interlaced image, and does not modulate light provided from a remainder of the image.

The display device module of the present invention further comprises a device-driving unit mounted on a mounting area adjacent to the pixel circuit section, and connected electrically to the first and second lines, or a connecting means mounted on a mounting area adjacent to the pixel circuit section and connecting an exterior device-driving unit and the pixel circuit section. The above connecting means is a film on which a device-driving unit is mounted, wherein the film is connected to the pixel circuit section via the first and second lines.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for dynamic resource allocation in a system having at least one processing unit are disclosed. The method of dynamic resource allocation includes receiving information on a task to which resources are allocated and partitioning the task into one or more task parallel units; converting the task into a task block having a polygonal shape according to expected execution times of the task parallel units and dependency between the task parallel units; allocating resources to the task block by placing the task block on a resource allocation plane having a horizontal axis of time and a vertical axis of processing units; and executing the task according to the resource allocation information. Hence, CPU resources and GPU resources in the system can be used in parallel at the same time, increasing overall system efficiency.
