The paper discharging mechanism includes: a frame provided with a paper outlet thereon; a swinging rack, configured to be swingable relative to the frame; a conveying roller assembly provided on the swinging rack; a first drive assembly, which is in a transmission connection with the conveying roller assembly and configured to drive the same to deliver a paper to the paper outlet; a first detection assembly, configured to detect a position of the swinging rack relative to the frame; the swinging rack swings in a direction away from the paper outlet when the paper outlet is blocked.

A pickup mechanism, paper currency processing machine and sheet medium processing device are provided. The pickup mechanism includes a pickup roller (1). The pickup roller (1) includes a shaft (11) and a sleeve (12), a part of a periphery of the sleeve (12) includes a high-friction part (122). The pickup mechanism further includes a detecting component (5). The detecting component (5) includes a detecting disc (52) coaxially and fixedly connected with the shaft (11), and a sensor (51) matched with the detecting disc (52), and a position detecting aperture (521) is arranged on the detecting disc (52). An end position of the position detecting aperture (521), matched with the sensor (51), is associated with a position where the high-friction part of the pickup roller is located along a rotation direction of the detecting disc (52), so as to control a rotation stop position of the pickup roller (1).

A magnetic data reading apparatus and magnetic data reading method are provided. The magnetic data reading apparatus includes a magnetic head apparatus (211) and a controller (20). The magnetic head apparatus (211) includes a magnetic core (10) and a magnet exciting coil (11) wound around the magnetic core (10). The controller is configured to control the magnet exciting coil (11) to be energized for a first preset time (T1) and read first magnetic data of a bill to be read when energizing time reaches the first preset time (T1), and is further configured to control the magnet exciting coil (11) to be de-energized for a second preset time (T2) and read second magnetic data of the bill to be read when de-energizing time reaches the second preset time (T2).

Disclosed are a ribbon cartridge, a thermal transfer printer, and a method for installing the ribbon cartridge. The ribbon cartridge (2) comprises a bracket (23), a supply cylinder (21) arranged on the bracket and used for accommodating an unused ribbon, and a winding cylinder (22) arranged on the bracket and used for accommodating a used ribbon, where the supply cylinder and the winding cylinder are placed in parallel, and have an initial state in which the supply cylinder and the winding cylinder are close to each other and an open state in which the supply cylinder and the winding cylinder are away from each other under the action of an external force. Compared with a ribbon cartridge whose supply cylinder and winding cylinder are arranged at a fixed interval in the prior art, the ribbon cartridge as disclosed is more compact and needs less installation space.
