摘要: Disclosed is a chip temperature control circuit of a liquid crystal display panel, comprising a chip, the temperature of the chip increasing with the increase of power consumption; a thermosensitive element positioned on the chip, the electrical characteristic of thermosensitive element changing in response to change in the temperature of the chip; an analog-to-digital converter which is electrically connected to both ends of the thermosensitive element to obtain an analog voltage signal of the thermosensitive element, the analog-to-digital converter converting the analog voltage signal into a corresponding digital voltage signal; a timing controller which is electrically connected to an output of the analog-to-digital converter and the chip respectively, the timing controller obtaining a corresponding chip temperature according to the digital voltage signal obtained and adjusting the chip to reduce power consumption when the temperature of the chip exceeds a predetermined temperature. The invention also discloses a liquid crystal display panel.

The adjustment circuit has a first terminal connected to a junction of the output terminal of the gamma circuit and the input terminal of the source driver. The adjustment circuit has a second terminal connected to another junction of the second terminal of the liquid crystal capacitor and the output terminal of the common voltage circuit.

摘要: The present disclosure proposes an overcurrent orotection circuit of the GOA circuit. A voltage signal from a control signal source of the GOA circuit is converted into a current signal, and then the current signal is amplified. Subsequently, a product of the amplified current signal and a load resistor is compared with a threshold voltage. If the product is larger than the threshold voltage, a controller controls a switch to output a low voltage level signal to ensure that the GOA circuit is at overcurrent protected state. In this way, the panel is prevented from being damaged due to overabundant currents. Besides, the comparison of the amplified current signal is good for decreasing detection difficulties, enhancing precision of a measurement, and lowering risk of operation mistakes. Moreover, 2D and 3D modes in overcurrent protection through different load circuits improve the effect of protection.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for improving ghost image and a liquid crystal display device using the same, which comprises: providing pixels with data voltage by polarity inversion in frame to frame manner. Wherein when the pixel is written with a positive polarity, a first value is given at a common electrode. and wherein when the pixel is written with a negative polarity, a second value is given with a second value, which is larger than the first value. According to the embodiment of the present invention, a method for improving ghost image and a liquid crystal display device using the same, can prevent or reduce polarization of the liquid crystal and improve ghost image.
