If that error occurs as frequently as or more frequently than the predetermined number of times, an error indication is displayed and then the process ends. If that error occurs less frequently than the predetermined number of times, the error history is stored and then a setup for stabling the hardware operation is selected. Then, a restart signal to restart the computer is sent and the process ends (steps 210 through 220).

Reference power vales 121, 123, 125 are set up such that they are compared with the Pmax for changing an operation mode to another operation mode.
