    摘要: A control device for a travel motor mounted to a vehicle has a resolver which works as a rotation-angle sensor. The control device has a RDC which calculates a rotation-angle output value φ based on rotation detection signals Sa, Sb transferred from the resolver. The control device supplies electric power to the travel motor based on the rotation angle output value φ. The RDC calculates “sin(θ−φ)” as an error deviation ε based on the signals Sa and Sb and the rotation-angle output value φ. The RDC calculates an angular acceleration by multiplying the error deviation ε with a gain (=Ka·Kb), and integrates the angular acceleration two times in order to obtain a next rotation-angle output value. A gain control part of the RDC decreases the gain when the judgment means judges that the travel motor rotates at a constant rotation speed.

    摘要: A drive motor control apparatus for a vehicle, wherein the vehicle has a motor and rotation detecting unit. In the apparatus, the first difference computing unit computes one of multiple first differences every time an actual detected angle of rotation of the motor becomes a corresponding representative angle during the one cycle. The first difference indicates an advancing amount of an estimated angle relative to the actual detected angle. The second difference computing unit computes multiple second differences based on the first differences of the one cycle. The second differences are adjusted in accordance with a degree of acceleration and deceleration of the motor. The adjusted second differences are used for correcting the actual detected angle of rotation of the motor.

    摘要: A current mirror circuit includes transistors having bases coupled together and emitters connected to a voltage line. The current mirror circuit further includes a zener diode having an anode connected to the bases and a cathode connected to the voltage line. When a base potential of the transistors decreases, a reverse current of the zener diode increases. Therefore, the zener diode has a resistance and acts as a resistor to clamp the base potential of the transistors. A layout area of the zener diode is much smaller than that of the resistor having a resistance equal to that of the zener diode. The current mirror circuit achieves reduced chip size by using the zener diode instead of the resistor.

    摘要: A very small current generating circuit stabilizes a very small current flowing in a CR oscillation circuit and load driving circuit with an over-current protection function wherein, for example, a discharge time period is determined on the basis of the very small current. The very small current generating circuit includes: a first current route wherein between the internal reference voltage terminal and ground, a resistor is connected in series with an npn transistor; a second current route wherein between the external voltage source and ground, another pnp transistor, another resistor, another npn transistor and still another resistor are connected in series in this order; and a third current route wherein between the external voltage source and ground, and another resistor is connected in series with another pnp transistor. The very small current in the first current route is stabilized by the second and third current routes.
