    摘要: This invention relates to a process for simultaneously preparing methacrylonitrile and 1,3-butadiene from a mixture of butanes and butenes (hereinafter referred to as a mixed butane-butene) consisting of isobutane, n-butane, isobutylene, 1-butene, cis-2-butene and trans-2-butene, in excellent selectivity and single pass yield. More particularly, this invention relates to a process for the simultaneous preparation of methacrylonitrile and 1,3-butadiene which comprises subjecting the mixed butane-butene, at high temperatures and in vapor phase, to ammoxidation and oxidative dehydrogenation with a gas containing ammonia and either air or oxygen, using a catalyst of the general formula:CO.sub.a Fe.sub.b Bi.sub.c Mg.sub.d Q.sub.h Mo.sub.f O.sub.gwherein Co is cobalt, Fe is iron, Bi is bismuth, Mg is magnesium, Mo is molybdenum, Q is at least one element selected from the group consisting of potassium, rubidium and cesium, O is oxygen, and a, b, c, d, f, g, and h are the number of atoms of Co, Fe, Bi, Mg, Mo, O and Q respectively, with a being a value of from 1 to 15, b from 0.5 to 7, c from 0.1 to 4, d from 0 to 4, f being 12, g being a value of from 39 to 72 determined naturally from the valences of other metal atoms and h from 0.01 to 1.0.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a production of 1,3-butadiene and methacrolein simultaneously by catalytic oxidation of mixed butenes composed of butene-1, cis-2-butene, trans-2-butene (unless otherwise mentioned, these three butenes will referred to as n-butenes hereinafter) and iso-butylene more particularly, this invention relates to a process for preparing 1, 3-butadiene and methacrolein simultaneously in high yields by oxidizing the mixed butenes mainly composed of n-butenes and isobutylene with molecular oxygen at an elevated temperature in the presence of a catalyst having the empirical formula:Ni.sub.a Co.sub.b Fe.sub.c Bi.sub. d L.sub.e M.sub.h Mo.sub.f O.sub.gWherein Ni represents nickel, Co represents cobalt, Fe represents iron, Bi represents bismuth, Mo represents molybdenum, O represents oxygen, L represents at least one element selected from the group of phosphorus, arsenic and boron, M represents at least one element selected from the group of potassium, rubidium and cesium, and a,b,c,d,e,f,g and h represent numbers of atoms of Ni, Co, Fe, Bi, L, Mo, O and M, respectively, with the proviso that when (f) is 12, (a) and (b) independently are numbers of 0 - 15, (a)+(b) being 15 - 1, (c) is a number of 7 - 0.5, (d) is a number of 4 - 0.1, (g) is a number of 36 - 98 which is accounted from typical oxides of these metals, (e) is a number of 0 - 4 and (h) is a number of 0.01 - 1.0. According to the present invention, the final products, i.e. 1.3 - butadiene and methacrolein are produced with a high selectivety from said mixed butenes without excessive oxidation of the olefins to undesired higher oxidation products of carbon such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, maleic acid and acetic acid.

    摘要: On a faceplate having a phosphor layer and a metal back that are formed on a substrate, in a vacuum atmosphere, for instance an active Ba film is deposited as a getter film. Following this, while maintaining the vacuum atmosphere, the faceplate thereon the getter film is deposited and a rear plate having a plurality of electron emitters formed on a substrate are oppositely disposed to form a gap therebetween through a support frame, the gap being hermetically sealed. A flat panel display comprises the active Ba film formed on for instance the metal back as a getter film. Such getter film, while maintaining an activity, is disposed on an image display region in a vacuum vessel, having an excellent getter function.

    摘要: A spacer assembly has first and second spacers standing on first and second surfaces of a plate-like grid to be integral with them. First and second molds each with a plurality of through holes are arranged on the first and second surfaces of the grid to be in tight contact with them. After that, the through holes of the molds are filled with a glass paste containing an ultraviolet-curing binder, and the glass paste is cured by irradiation with ultraviolet rays. Furthermore, while the molds are held in a tight contact state, the glass paste is calcined at a predetermined temperature. Thus, the first and second spacers are integrally formed on the grid surfaces.

    摘要: A color cathode ray tube with a shadow mask has a screen partitioned into a plurality of elemental screen areas and electron guns positioned and corresponding to the respecting elemental screen areas, the electron guns generating electron beams to scan the screen. The shadow mask includes effective regions having a number of apertures passed through by the electron beams to impinge on the screen and a non-effective region adjacent to the effective regions. Phosphors as a signal source are deposited on the non-effective regions or the boundaries between the elemental screen areas to emit a light signal by electron beam excitation. A photo-electric transducer is provided facing the shadow mask and to detect the light signal for feed back to a deflection system to control the electron beam deflection.
