摘要： There is provided a punching device including: a die member having a plurality of die holes formed therein; a plurality of punch members which are caused to advance into the die holes to punch holes in a member to be punched; an operating member having cam portions formed along a direction intersecting the direction of advancement of the punch members, the operating member being moved along the direction intersecting the direction of advancement of the punch members to cause by a conversion function of the cam portions the punch members to advance into the die holes; and a drive unit for selectively causing advancement of the plurality of punch members by changing the direction of movement of the operating member. In the punching device, each of the cam portions has a straight groove and a cam groove for performing the conversion function, and when the operating member is moved in one of opposite directions, at least one of the cam grooves of the cam portions acts on one of the punch members to selectively cause the same to advance.

摘要： A temperature sensor of a simple construction using PTC devices which efficiently detects a temperature in a wide area of a planar heater is realized. The temperature sensor has excellent durability, manufacturability and installability and can be manufactured at reduced cost. For this purpose, the temperature sensor comprises a plurality of temperature detection chips formed flat, each using a PTC device, enclosed by a pressure resisting member, and connected in series by a temperature detection signal cable. The temperature sensor is further laminated between layers of an insulating film and, as a whole, formed like a ribbon.

摘要： An image storing method includes the steps of: reading an image of an original including index information to provide image information; recording the image information on a recording medium; reading out the image information recorded on the recording medium; detecting the index information included in the image information which is read out from the recording medium; and generating an index file showing the relationship between the detected index information and a storage address of the image information recorded on the recording medium. Also disclosed is an image storing apparatus which records on a recording medium image information of an original including index information, which is provided from an image reading device. The apparatus includes a recording device for recording the image information on the recording medium; a reading device for reading out the image information recorded on the recording medium; a detecting device for detecting the index information included in the image information read out by the reading device; and an index file generating device for generating an index file showing the relationship between the index information detected by the detecting device and a storage address of the image information recorded on the recording medium.
