    摘要: A variable displacement vane compressor for an air conditioning system used in an automobile has a cylinder assembly having a bore which receives a rotor to form at least one crescent or compressing chamber between the rotor and the bore. The crescent chamber receives a refrigerant which is returned from the air conditioning system. The rotor has vanes which are extendably fitted therein so that the free end of the vanes are in contact with the circumferential inner surface of the bore during the rotation of the rotor, whereby when the vane passes through the crescent chamber, the refrigerant received therein can be compressed. The amount of the refrigerant introduced into the crescent chamber is adjustable in response to a change of a cooling load at the air conditioning system.

    摘要: A vane type compressor comprising a main housing with a cylinder, a front side plate covering one end of the cylinder, a front housing over the front side plate for forming a suction chamber, and a rotor inserted in the cylinder with a rotatable drive shaft extending through bosses of the front side plate and the front housing. A seal is arranged in the boss of the housing, and a check valve is arranged in the front housing at the inlet thereof. To guide the fluid in the suction chamber to the seal, to improve the lubrication of the seal, a pair of guide walls are provided on opposite sides of the check valve and between the check valve and the suction ports to constitute a passage directed to the seal. Also, a pair of ribs is extended from the front side plate toward the seal to constitute a gap, the gap overlapping the passage.

    摘要: A variable-delivery compressor having plural compression chambers whose volume is changed as a rotor is rotated in a housing to compress a gas sucked through a suction port and deliver the compressed gas through a discharge port, comprising: a by-pass passage for communication between a compressing and a sucking compression chamber of the plural compression chambers; a device for changing the position of the discharge-side extremity of an opening of the by-pass passage on the side of the compressing compression chamber, in the circumferential direction of the rotor, to retard the compression start timing of the compressing compression chamber; and at least one of a variable flow restrictor device associated with a suction passage communicating with the suction port to adjust a flow of the gas which is sucked through the suction passage, and a pressure relief device including a pressure relief passage and a switching device for closing and opening the pressure relief device. The pressure relief passage is normally closed by the switching device, but opened by the switching device to permit the compressing compression chamber to communicate with the suction chamber when the discharge-side extremity of the opening of the by-pass passage is shifted in the rotating direction of the rotor to a position nearest to the discharge port.

The connection substrate 13 has a plurality of through conductors 20 and a plurality of radiation shielding films 21a to 23a formed integrally with each of the plurality of through conductors 20 and separated from each other. Accordingly, the readout circuits of the integrated circuit device can be protected from radiation with a simple configuration.

    摘要: Various embodiments include photonic bandgap fibers (PBGF). Some PBGF embodiments have a hollow core (HC) and may have a square lattice (SQL). In various embodiments, SQL PBGF can have a cladding region including 2-10 layers of air-holes. In various embodiments, an HC SQL PBGF can be configured to provide a relative wavelength transmission window Δλ/λc larger than about 0.35 and a minimum transmission loss in a range from about 70 dB/km to about 0.1 dB/km. In some embodiments, the HC SQL PBGF can be a polarization maintaining fiber. Methods of fabricating PBGF are also disclosed along with some examples of fabricated fibers. Various applications of PBGF are also described.

    摘要: The variable displacement gear pump for a loading system in an industrial vehicle has main and sub gear pump portions, suction, discharge and bypass passages, and check and opening valves. The main gear pump portion has main drive and driven gears, and has suction and discharge side spaces. The sub gear pump portion has sub drive and driven gears, and has suction and discharge side spaces. The bypass passage returns hydraulic fluid in the discharge-side space of the sub gear pump portion to the suction passage. The check valve prevents hydraulic fluid in the discharge-side space of the main gear pump portion from flowing to that of the sub gear pump portion. The opening valve is used for opening and closing the bypass passage, and closes the bypass passage due to a pressure in a discharge conduit of the loading system increased by the load applied to the loading system.
