The content generation apparatus generates a bodily sensation element by applying numeric conversion to characteristics of a bodily sensation given to a user, generates instruction information to reproduce the bodily sensation element in synchronism with reproduction of the main information, generates bodily sensation information by adding the instruction information to the bodily sensation element, and generates content including the bodily sensation information by adding the bodily sensation information to the main information. The content reproduction apparatus separates the main information and the bodily sensation information from the content, reproduces the main information, separates the bodily sensation element and the instruction information from the bodily sensation, and reproduces bodily sensation element based on the instruction information.

    摘要: A stream transmitting system for transmitting a data stream, which has first layer including base data and second layer including data supplementing the base data, includes a transmitting device and a receiving device. The transmitting device includes: a transmission control unit for packetizing the data of the first layer and the data of the second layer to output a data packet of the first layer and a data packet of the second layer; first transmitting unit for transmitting the data packet of the first layer to the receiving device through first transmission path; and second transmitting unit for transmitting the data packet of the second layer to the receiving device through second transmission path. The receiving device includes: first receiving units for receiving the data packet transmitted through the first transmission paths; and a reception control unit for reconstructing a hierarchically-encoded data stream.

    摘要: In a transport stream distribution system, a transmission rate control unit takes in an IP packet output from an IP transmission processing unit, obtains a TTS to be added to an arbitrary TS packet in the IP packet, and compares the TTS with a time stamp generated internally to determine whether both of them coincide with each other or not. And if they coincide with each other, the system takes in a TTS of the next TS packet, and otherwise, the system obtains a difference between a time indicating the TTS and the time indicating the internally generated time stamp to calculate a transmission rate correction value equivalent to the value of the difference, and issues the calculated correction value to the processing unit to correct a transmission rate.

    摘要: A broadcast signal received by a broadcast signal reception unit is separated into program contents and program information by a broadcast signal separation unit. The separated program contents is converted into Internet Protocol (IP) packets by a contents transmission unit then distributed to an IP network. A program information transmission unit converts the separated program information into the IP packets then distributes the IP packets by setting an IP connection differing from that of the transmission unit. A terminal device receives the program contents by a contents reception unit to supply it to a program contents reproduction unit. The program information received by a program information reception unit is stored in a program information memory and output to a display in response to an output request.
