摘要： Each embodiment of this invention implements step-by-step and empirical authentication of devices upon digital authentication among a plurality of devices. Each of a plurality of authentication devices of each embodiment can unidirectionally generate a hash value of a low experience rank from a hash value of a high experience rank, and receives a set of high experience rank and hash value in accordance with an experience. Upon receiving a certification request of the experience rank from another authentication device, the authentication device transmits a corresponding hash value to the authentication device as a request source. Upon sending a certification request of an experience rank to another authentication device, the authentication device verifies a hash value obtained from the other authentication device on the basis of a self hash value. In this way, the authentication devices authenticate each other's experience ranks.

The content generation apparatus generates a bodily sensation element by applying numeric conversion to characteristics of a bodily sensation given to a user, generates instruction information to reproduce the bodily sensation element in synchronism with reproduction of the main information, generates bodily sensation information by adding the instruction information to the bodily sensation element, and generates content including the bodily sensation information by adding the bodily sensation information to the main information. The content reproduction apparatus separates the main information and the bodily sensation information from the content, reproduces the main information, separates the bodily sensation element and the instruction information from the bodily sensation, and reproduces bodily sensation element based on the instruction information.

When the non-viewable state occurs due to a certain factor, a non-viewable state accumulation unit accumulates information on the non-viewable state. When the factor of a viewing interruption is solved and a user makes a request for service provision, the processing unit connects to a distribution apparatus to report content of the non-viewable state, and receives distribution of a relevant content, thereby the processing unit becomes able to recontinue interrupted broadcast content.

摘要： In a transport stream distribution system, a transmission rate control unit takes in an IP packet output from an IP transmission processing unit, obtains a TTS to be added to an arbitrary TS packet in the IP packet, and compares the TTS with a time stamp generated internally to determine whether both of them coincide with each other or not. And if they coincide with each other, the system takes in a TTS of the next TS packet, and otherwise, the system obtains a difference between a time indicating the TTS and the time indicating the internally generated time stamp to calculate a transmission rate correction value equivalent to the value of the difference, and issues the calculated correction value to the processing unit to correct a transmission rate.

摘要： A broadcast signal received by a broadcast signal reception unit is separated into program contents and program information by a broadcast signal separation unit. The separated program contents is converted into Internet Protocol (IP) packets by a contents transmission unit then distributed to an IP network. A program information transmission unit converts the separated program information into the IP packets then distributes the IP packets by setting an IP connection differing from that of the transmission unit. A terminal device receives the program contents by a contents reception unit to supply it to a program contents reproduction unit. The program information received by a program information reception unit is stored in a program information memory and output to a display in response to an output request.
