摘要： A fluorine-containing organosilicon compound having the formula (1): ##STR1## wherein X is a hydrolizable group, R.sup.1 is a monovalent organic group, R.sup.2 is a methyl group or a hydrogen atom, n is an integer of 1, 2 or 3, and m is an integer of 0 or 1, and a process of producing said compound. The compound may be used as a silane coupling agent capable of improving not only the strength of laminated sheets of polyester resin and glass and polyester resin concrete but also water and heat resistances.

摘要： Novel fluorinated unsaturated glycidyl ethers are prepared by reacting 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-trifluoromethyl-3-buten-2-ol or 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-trifluoromethyl-4-propen-2-ol with chloromethyloxirane in the presence of onium salts. The fluorinated unsaturated glycidyl ethers are, in turn, subject to addition reaction with hydrosilanes in the presence of transition metal catalysts, obtaining novel silicon-modified glycidyl ethers or fluorinated organic silicon compounds.

摘要： A mobile terminal measures the time from when the data communication connection was established up to the disconnection or the time from when the wireless connection was established up to the disconnection as a chargeable duration. The time in which the mobile terminal uses a network resource in a network or the time in which exchange of data was actually carried out is thus measured as the chargeable duration. Since the information relating to the chargeable duration measured in this manner is stored and displayed in the mobile terminal, it is possible for the mobile terminal to recognize the information relating to the chargeable duration without sending an inquiry to the network including a base station.

摘要： An anti-offsetting oil including an organopolysiloxane having the formula (1) below and containing low molecular weight organopolysiloxanes having a molecular weight of 3,000 or less in a content of 50 ppm or less. ##STR1## wherein R.sub.f 's represent a perf luoroalkyl which may contain at least one ether linkage; R's represent a monovalent hydrocarbon group; Y's represent a divalent organic group having 2 to 5 carbon atoms; a represents an integer of 1 or more and b represents an integer of 0 or more, provided that a and b satisfy 3a+3b+2=15 to 4,000; and c and d are an integer of 0 to 3. This fluid has a good wettability to silicone rubber or fluorine forming the surfaces of fixing rolls of electrophotographic copying machines, and hence can effectively prevent offset. Since it contains no low-molecular weight organopolysiloxanes, the electric-contact failure may hardly occur.

摘要： A turbo-compound compressor system includes a booster compressor connected to the output shaft of a power recovery turbine which is disposed downstream of the outlet of an expansion turbine in a turbocharger for an internal combustion engine and drivable by the exhaust gas of the engine, and a rotary positive-displacement air compressor drivable by the engine also into which the air delivered by the booster compressor is supplied through an air supply conduit having a throttle valve. The turbo-compound compressor system further includes a bypass line provided therein with a closing valve and adapted to prevent surging caused in the booster compressor.
