    摘要: This invention relates to a method for forming a coating film which comprises applying an epoxy resin powder coating (A) onto a substrate by electrostatic coating, half-baking the resultant uncured coat, applying a polyester resin powder coating (B) onto the half-baked coat by electrostatic coating, and baking the two uncured coats simultaneously, wherein the epoxy resin powder coating (A) and the polyester resin powder coating (B) is such that the gel time ratio [epoxy resin powder coating (A)]/[polyester resin powder coating (B)] at 180.degree. C. is 1/1 through 1/5, the gel time of the epoxy resin powder coating (A) at 180.degree. C. is 40 to 400 seconds, and the gel time of the polyester resin powder coating (B) at 180.degree. C. is not over 500 seconds.

    摘要: Disclosed is a powder paint composition that can form coating film having high corrosion resistance and excellent appearance even on a metal substrate surface containing non-flat portions and a process for forming multi-layer coats excellent both in corrosion resistance and top-coat adhesion using the powder paint composition. The powder paint composition comprises a) 30-55 parts by weight of a polyester resin having a hydroxyl value of 50-150, b) 1-20 parts by weight of a hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin having a hydroxyl value of 30-150, c) 1-15 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, and d) 10-30 parts by weight of a urethodione ring-containing compound, based on 100 parts by weight of solid contents in the powder paint composition, the powder paint composition having an average particle size of 5-40 &mgr;m.

    摘要: A powder coating comprising a powder material comprising a film-forming resin as a main component, said powder material having a volume average particle size of not more than 30 .mu.m and containing particles having a particle size which is not more than one-fifth of said volume average particle size, in a proportion of not more than 5 wt %. When the powder material is charged by corona discharge method or frictional electrification method, sprayed on a coating object to allow electrostatic adhesion and heated, a coating film can be obtained which has a uniform thickness on a coating object having a complicated shape including non-planar parts.

    摘要: A method of producing multilayer circuit boardschar comprising repeating a procedure comprising the steps of (1) laminating a photosensitive film composition shaped in a film form onto an insulating material carrying a conductor pattern formed thereon, (2) exposing the laminated photosensitive film composition to light through a negative type photomask, (3) dissolving the domains not irradiated in the above exposure step, (4) heat-curing the domains not dissolved in step (3), (5) forming a copper plating layer on the surface of the photosensitive film composition heat-cured in step (4) by electroless copper plating with or without further electroplating of copper, and (6) forming, on the plated copper layer formed in step (5), a photosensitive etch resist layer and subjecting said layer to light exposure through a photomask having a circuit pattern drawn thereon, developing and etching to thereby form a conductor pattern, said photosensitive film composition for lamination containing at least 50% by weight of a bisphenol-epichlorohydrin type resin containing photosensitive functional groups and heat-curable functional groups.
