摘要: Impedance mismatching points such as a VIA and a connector on a differential line between a differential driver element and a differential receiver element are arranged in predetermined positions. That is, the impedance mismatching points are arranged in such positions that a transmission time of a digital signal transmitted through a main differential line becomes (integral multiple of UI) ±0.5×Trf, whereby noises are generated within the rise and fall times of a signal to be able to maintain an excellent waveform of the signal.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, where on top of a substrate having already-completed circuit elements and wiring, etc., an insulation underlayer a, Pt layer for a bottom electrode, a dielectric film and a Pt layer for a top electrode are shaped. A top electrode, capacitance insulation film and bottom electrode are formed by etching the Pt layer for the top electrode or the Pt layer for the bottom electrode using an etching gas contained a S component while composing a Pt and S compound. Alternatively the Pt and S compound can be composed first, and then the compound can be etched.

摘要: A printed circuit board includes signal transmitting units that transmit signals, signal receiving units that receive signals, and a plurality of signal lines that connect the signal transmitting units and the signal receiving units. A resistor having a value Rp [Ω] of resistance with a first tolerance is provided between two signal lines that are adjacent to each other. In addition, a capacitor element that is connected in series to the resistor and that has a value Cp [F] of capacitance with a second tolerance is also connected between the two signal lines. In relation to the rise time tr [s] of the signals output from the signal transmitting units, the value Rp of resistance of the resistor and the value Cp of capacitance of the capacitor element are set such that an expression (Cp×Rp)×0.9≦tr/3≦(Cp×Rp)×1.1 is satisfied.

摘要: One end of a sub transmission line of which an impedance value is equal to or higher than a parallel impedance value of an output impedance value of a transmission circuit and an impedance value of a transmission line is connected to a connection point between the transmission circuit and the transmission line, and a correction resistor of which resistance is lower than an impedance value of the sub transmission line is connected to the other end of the sub transmission line. A length of the sub transmission line is set to satisfy a condition of 0.5×Tr (signal rise time)≦Td (signal propagation time of sub transmission line)≦0.5×Tmin (signal minimum pulse width), thereby achieving a de-emphasis function by a passive component, correcting a high-frequency component of a signal attenuated on the transmission line, and thus reducing timing jitters caused by intersymbol interference.

摘要: An electrifying method which uses a electrifying a material wherein the contact-type electrifying member comprises a flexible and electrically conducting endless sheet and a brush which supports said endless sheet and imparts a pressing force thereto at a position where said endless sheet is in contact with the material to be electrified, said endless sheet which is impressed with an electrification voltage is driven or is moved at a speed which is substantially in synchronism with the material to be electrified, and the brush and the endless sheet are maintained at dissimilar speeds. This method makes it possible that homogeneously and uniformly electrifying a material to be electrified such as a photosensitive material or a like material without causing it to be damaged or worn out, even when the material electrifying member is rugged or even when a foreign matter is adhered on the surface of the photosensitive material, and a toner filming is not formed on the surface of the photosensitive material, and maintaining a uniformly contacting state between the electrifying member and the photosensitive material even with a relatively small force, as a result, accomplishes homogeneous electrification while preventing the photosensitive material from being worn out.

摘要: An electrostatic copying apparatus has a housing having at its top surface a transparent plate on which to place an original to be copied, a rotary drum disposed within the housing and having a photosensitive member on its surface, a charging, a developing, a transferring and a cleaning mechanism which are successively arranged around the rotary drum in the moving direction of its surface, an optical system for projecting the image of the original onto the surface of the rotary drum between the charging means and the developing means, and a receptor sheet conveying system for transferring a receptor sheet through a transfer station defined between the surface of the rotary drum and the transferring mechanism. A support is mounted on the housing so that it is slidable in the forward and rearward directions between its operating position within the housing and its pulled-out position ahead of the housing, and the rotary drum and the developing device are mounted on the support so that they can be separately and independently detached from the support. An electrostatic copying process can be efficiently practiced by using this apparatus.
