    摘要: A composition for cleaning and sealing coated surfaces like painted aluminum, coated tin, coated zinc, coated steel, and fiberglass. The composition includes a first solvent, preferably an aliphatic solvent, a second solvent, such as glycol ether, a first corrosion inhibitor, and a second corrosion inhibitor. The first corrosion inhibitor may be a water displacing agent, such as petroleum jelly, and may be in a 1:6 ratio to the second corrosion inhibitor. The second corrosion inhibitor may be calcium sulfonate. The solvents in the composition will remove oxidation on the surface and then evaporate, leaving behind the corrosion inhibitors which will form a sealant layer on the surface.

    摘要: The cleaning agent for a diesel engine includes a mixed solution obtained by blending a solvent that exhibits solubility and has an ignition point of 238° C. or more, and lubricating oil such as mineral oil in a predetermined ratio. The solvent and the grease are selected such that the cleaning agent has a higher ignition temperature characteristic than the ignition characteristic of light oil, and an evaporation characteristic that takes eight minutes or more to vaporize 2.5 cc of the cleaning agent in a heated state at 120° C.

Also disclosed is a method for producing this product and related product-by-process. This product uses a formulated cleaning mixture to clean and restore the face of the club while rejuvenating the grips. The invention when sprayed on the clubface removes foreign materials and when wiped dry protects the face of the clubs from harsh stains, caused by soils, grass and chemicals related to fertilizers. In experimental testing, the invention increases drive distances by reducing sidespin and increasing backspin. The club is left with a factory-like finish making it easy to wipe clean of soiling. The invention when applied to the grips restores the surface to the new feel.

    摘要: The present invention generally relates to a biodegradable lubricating wipe, such as wet wipes. The wet wipes typically being fibrous sheet materials, pre-moistened with a solution for improved lubrication and/or protection of an area. In one embodiment the solution is comprised of a bio-based lubricant, a bio-based solvent and water. In one embodiment, the solution is comprised of mineral spirits and refined soybean oil. In another embodiment the solution is comprised of soy methyl ester and refined soybean oil. In yet another embodiment, the fibrous sheet material of the invention is biodegradable and the solution portion breaks down into a vaporizing component and a biodegradable carrier portion.

    摘要: A method for the on-line cleaning of a heat exchanger used with petroleum process fluids which create coke deposits of asphaltenic origin on the exchanger tubes. The asphaltenes are removed by re-dissolution in a solvent oil of high solubility power for the asphaltenes. Certain asphaltenic crudes are useful as solvents in view of their chemical similarity to the asphaltene coke precursors; also useful are refined petroleum fractions such as gas oils which are also characterized by their solvency for asphaltenes. The solvent oil may be admitted to the heat exchanger following withdrawal of the process fluid and then allowed to soak and dissolve the asphaltene coke precursors after which the resulting solution may be withdrawn and the exchanger returned to use without being at any time disconnected from its associated process unit.
