摘要: A non-electroslag remelting type clean metal ingot mold includes an ingot mold body and a insulating riser arranged on the ingot mold body; an insulated heating and heat preservation device is vertically arranged in the ingot mold body and divides the space in the ingot mold body into a plurality of independent cavity units; and the cavity units are distributed in two rows in the ingot mold body. Because the insulated heating and heat preservation device is arranged in the ingot mold body and divides the space in the ingot mold body into a plurality of independent cavity units, most of impurities and segregates in liquid metals are enriched in the part in contact with the isolation and heat insulation mechanism during the directional solidification and crystallization of the liquid metals and the enriched alloy segregates, and the impurities can be easily eliminated by utilizing flame or other processing methods.

摘要: An electrical heating coal material decomposition apparatus includes a closed kiln body with a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, and an electrical heating device arranged in the kiln body. A propulsion and decomposition path of coal material is formed between the electrical heating device and the inner wall of the kiln body. A coal decomposition gas collecting pipe communicates with the propulsion and decomposition path of coal material, and is connected with a gas dust-trapping and liquefying device arranged outside the kiln. The electrical heating device transfers heat to the pulverized coal inside the propulsion and decomposition path of coal material by conduction and irradiation. The pulverized coal absorbs sufficient heat and decomposes into fuel gas, tar gas and coal. The fuel gas and tar gas enters the gas dust-trapping and liquefying mechanism through the decomposed gas collecting tube, where they are collected, dust-trapped, separated and liquefied under pressure.

摘要: The invention discloses a coal decomposition equipment including an airtight kiln body with an inlet and an outlet, wherein a flame gas pipeline heating facility is set in the kiln body and a channel for impelling and decomposing coal is formed between the flame gas pipeline heating facility and an inner wall of the kiln body; and a coal decomposition gas collecting pipe is provided on the kiln body to communicate with the channel. Since the present invention makes the vast thermal conduction produced by the flame gas pipeline heating facility and radiate to the coal power in the coal substance impel decomposition channel. The pulverized coal fully absorbs the heat so as to be heated and decomposed to the gas, coal tar gas and coal with a higher heat-value in the channel.

摘要: An annular clean metal casting mold has a mold body which includes a cold bottom mold plate and a peripheral cold mold plate in connection with the cold bottom mold plate. An annular hot preservation layer is disposed inside the peripheral cold mold plate. A cyclic clean crystalline region is formed between the peripheral cold mold plate and the annular hot preservation layer. A sacrificial crystalline region is formed inside the cyclic hot preservation layer. As the outer race of the annular clean crystallization zone contacts large area of the peripheral low cold mold plate, releasing heat rapidly, while the inner race contacts the annular hot preservation layer 3, heat dissipation is extremely slow, naturally result in forming orientational crystallization. The vast majority of impurities and segregations in the liquid metal are gathered at the portion contacting with the annular hot preservation layer, and thus after the liquid metal is solidified, the gathered impurities and segregations can be removed easily, to obtain a clean casting ingot.

The coal powder sufficiently absorbs the heat and is pyrolyzed into fuel gas, tar gas and coal with high heat value inside the coal material propulsion and pyrolysis passage. The pyrolyzed fuel gas and tar gas are transferred to the gas dedusting-liquifying mechanism outside the kiln through the connecting coal pyrolysis gas collecting tube for collecting, dedusting, separating and high-pressure liquefying.

摘要: A multi-pipe external-heating coal decomposition equipment, comprising a airtight kiln body; a channel for impelling and decomposing coal is formed in the kiln body, which has a coal inlet, a coal outlet and a collecting pipe for coal decomposition gas; a heat transfer chamber is formed between the channel and inner wall of the kiln body, which is connected with a high temperature gas heating facility and comprises a heated gas outlet. Because the channel for impelling and decomposing coal is set in a kiln body with high temperature, so a vast of heat gas in high temperature kiln body surrounds the channel and its heat conducts and radiates to the pulverized coal in the channel. Thus, the pulverized coal can fully absorb the heat to be heated for decomposing to the gas, coal tar and coal with high heat-value in the channel.
