摘要: A heat exchanger includes a header, a first flat porous tube, and a second flat porous tube. The header has first and second primary channels, with first and second refrigerants flowing through the first and second primary channels. The first flat porous tube has a plurality of first refrigerant-channel holes through which the first refrigerant flows. The second flat porous tube has a plurality of second refrigerant-channel holes through which the second refrigerant flows. The header has sub-channel-forming member that forms a first sub-channel and a second sub-channel. The first sub-channel allows the first primary channel to be communicated with the first refrigerant-channel holes. The second sub-channel allows the second primary channel to be communicated with the second refrigerant-channel holes. The first flat porous tube and the second flat porous tube are in close contact to allow heat exchange between the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes a pair of headers extending in an up-and-down direction to carry refrigerant, and plural flat tubes connected to the headers at different height positions and extending along a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the headers. Each header includes a first member and a flat tube holding member. The first member has a main flow path, and refrigerant connection flow paths to circulate refrigerant between the main flow path and plural refrigerant flow paths formed in the flat tubes. The flat tube holding member holds the flat tubes. End portions of the flat tubes are adhered to the flat tube holding member. Intermediate flow paths interconnect the refrigerant connection flow paths and the plural refrigerant flow paths in the flat tubes. The intermediate flow paths are formed in at least one of the headers and the flat tubes.

The heat-transfer tubes are-inserted into the fin so as to intersect the air-flow direction. The protruding parts have a first protruding part and a second protruding part. An inclination angle of the first protruding part with respect to the plate-shaped part is a first angle, an inclination angle of the second protruding part with respect to the plate-shaped part is a second angle, and the second angle is different from the first angle. The second protruding part is placed adjacent to the first protruding part.

摘要: In a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between fluid such as refrigerant and air, an object of the present invention is to extend the surface area of fins while suppressing an increase in ventilation resistance, thereby improving performances of the heat exchanger. Corrugated sheet fins (70) are provided as the fins of the heat exchanger (60). The corrugated sheet fins (70) are each shaped like a corrugated sheet. The ridgeline direction of the waveform of the corrugated sheet fins (70) is orthogonal to front edges and rear edges. In the heat exchanger (60), the plurality of corrugated sheet fins (70) are arranged at constant pitches in the axial direction of the heat transfer tube (61).

Between the vertically arranged flat tubes, heat transfer parts of each of the fins are arranged in the direction in which the flat tubes extend. Each of the heat transfer parts include louvers that extend in an up-and-down direction. Bent-out ends of the windward louvers include main edges, upper edges, and lower edges. The upper edges and the lower edges are tilted relative to the main edges. The tilt angle θ5 of the lower edges relative to the main edges is smaller than the tilt angle θ4 of the upper edges relative to the main edges.
