    摘要: A miniaturized electromagnetic device is disclosed, which is applicable to an electromagnetic relay of the flat package type.The electromagnetic device comprises a magnetic core having the configuration of the capital letter H, a coil wound round the magnetic core, and a pair of magnetic members for alternatingly forming two closed magnetic circuits in cooperation with said magnetic core, said magnetic members being formed in one-piece with the aid of connecting members of non-magnetic material, one of said magnetic members including a permanent magnet, and each tip of said magnetic member confronting the corresponding tip of said magnetic core and the clearance therebetween being changeable by the magnetic force generated therebetween as said coil is energized.

    摘要: This low profile electromagnetic relay includes a base and a support post protruding at one end of the base. An electromagnet assembly is mounted in a generally central position on the base, and has a pair of magnetic pole surfaces on opposite sides of its one end. An armature assembly includes an insulating armature member, shaped generally as a hollow rectangular member with an open space being defined within it and formed with a hole by which it is rotatably fitted over the support post with the electromagnet assembly fitting inside the open space defined within it. A drive portion is connected to the insulating armature member. A pair of mutually opposed armature pieces are mounted on the insulating armature member, and, when the insulating armature member is rotatably fitted over the support post, lie on opposite sides of the one end of the electromagnet assembly and each oppose one of the magnetic pole surfaces of the electromagnet assembly. A permanent magnet member is mounted so as to bridge between the pair of mutually opposed armature pieces. And a contact mechanism is fitted to the base and is driven by the drive portion of the insulating armature member. Thereby the height of the relay is minimized, and the stability of its action is assured.

    摘要: A polarized electromagnetic relay having four sets of single-pole double-through contact switches comprises a coil spool wound with a coil, a bar-like core inserted in the coil spool, an elongated yoke extending in parallel with the core and having two pairs of laterally opposing erect legs at both ends thereof, respectively, wherein the pole ends of the core are disposed, respectively, between the paired erect leg. A pair of movable armatures each composed of a permanent magnet having pole pieces at both sides are so disposed between the paired erect legs of the yoke, respectively, that the pole end of the core is positioned between the pole pieces of the permanent magnet. The pair of the armatures are slideably supported on guide means formed in end collars of the coil spool so that the armatures can move independent of each other. The relay exhibits high sensitivity with a miniaturized structure and assures reliable switching operations.
