    摘要: A method for improving accuracy of estimating natural frequency of a distribution system. The estimation is performed in order to identify a rectifier load that generates harmonics due to commutation oscillation. It includes the steps of measuring a charging current flowing into a power factor improving capacitor to obtain first data, removing fundamental frequency from the first data to obtain second data, determining, from the second data, a first time at which the amplitude of commutating oscillation components takes a maximum value, picking up third data in the interval beginning from the first time and ending at a second time later than the first time by T/N, where T is the period of the fundamental frequency, and N is the number of rectifier phases, performing frequency analysis on the third data to form fourth data by expanding the third data into a Fourier series, and determining a local peak frequency, that is, the natural frequency in the fourth data. This prevents frequency components of particular orders from being emphasized, and reduces interference between the commutation oscillations, thereby making it possible to obtain a local peak value, that is, the natural frequency with ease at high accuracy.

    摘要: A control apparatus provided for an FMS line having a robot for carrying a workpiece and an AGV for carrying a jig to be coupled to the workpiece. The control apparatus generally includes a production instruction device and an AGV movement control device. The production instruction device determines a schedule for supplying jigs on the basis of a work supply order schedule. The AGV movement control device causes an AGV to skip an unavailable station and to move to an available station in accordance with the presence or absence of a workpiece and/or a jig and a kind of a cell to which the AGV is to be moved. The robot operates continuously in the order of the disposition of cells. According to the structure, simplification and cost reduction of the control apparatus are attained.

    摘要: The positions of selected valves are determined by measurement of their respective retainers by means of displacement gauges. When a given piston is at top dead center in the compression stroke, the retainers of the intake and exhaust valves of that piston are not displaced, but when that same piston is at the top dead center position in the exhaust stroke the intake and exhaust valve retainers of that cylinder are displaced to known positions as are intake and exhaust valve retainers of certain other cylinders, thereby indicating whether the crank position is such as to place the selected piston in the top dead center position of the compression stroke or in the top dead center position of the exhaust stroke. Inability to obtain correct correlated readings for the retainers of the related valves indicates likelihood of misassembly of the cotters on one or more of the valves.

    摘要: A skid beam for use in a walking beam type heating furnace which has operating temperature exceeding 1000.degree. C. comprises a hollow skid pipe of heat resistant alloy, skid buttons provided upright on the skid pipe and arranged axially thereof at a predetermined spacing, and a refractory lining covering the outer peripheral surface of the skid pipe and each of the skid buttons over the base portion thereof toward its upper portion. Each of the skid buttons comprises a first member attached to the skid pipe and made of a heat-resistant alloy, and a second member to be brought into contact with the material to be heated. The second member is made of a composite material composed of a heat-resistant alloy and ceramic particles dispersed therein in an amount of 30 to 70% by weight based on the composite material. The skid button has a height exceeding 120 mm. The lining portion covering the skid button over the base portion thereof toward its upper portion has a thickness so as not to give a temperature difference of 40.degree. C. between the top of the skid button and the interior of the furnace.
