摘要: A method of rapid frequency cycling during electrical stimulation according to an embodiment may include determining, by a controller of an electrical stimulation system, a plurality of frequency band groupings of discrete frequency bands of an electrical stimulation signal having a frequency range, wherein each frequency band grouping includes at least one discrete frequency band, wherein a corresponding current or voltage amplitude of the electrical stimulation signal is independently tuned within each discrete frequency band based on feedback received from a patient, determining, by the controller, a random sequence of the frequency band groupings of the plurality of frequency band groupings, generating, by at least one signal generator controlled by the controller, the electrical stimulation signal according to the determined random sequence of the frequency band groupings, and delivering the generated electrical stimulation signal through an electrode array to the patient to provide therapy to the patient.

摘要: The subject matter relates to a two-tie system, full-support, kimono robe. The robe has two tie systems that allow for additional movement and convenience with regard to not having a bulky belt on the front of a robe. The robe also has interior support which won't fall open when the user is bending over.

摘要: A method of providing electrical stimulation therapy to a patient according to one embodiment includes generating an un-tuned electrical noise signal by at least one noise generator, partitioning the un-tuned electrical noise signal into a plurality of discrete frequency bands having corresponding bandwidths, delivering the un-tuned electrical noise signal through one or more electrodes to the patient to target the patient's central or peripheral nervous system, adjusting, for each of a plurality of selected frequency bands, an amplitude of the voltage or current of the un-tuned electrical noise signal within a corresponding frequency band to generate an adjusted electrical stimulation signal based on feedback received from the patient, wherein the adjusted electrical stimulation signal includes a plurality of local maxima and a plurality of local minima, and delivering the adjusted electrical stimulation signal through the electrodes to provide electrical stimulation therapy to the patient.

摘要: An electrical stimulation system for delivering spatially random electrical stimulation to a patient through an electrode array according to one embodiment includes an electrode array comprising a plurality of electrodes spaced apart from one another, a signal generator electrically coupled to the electrode array and configured to deliver an electrical stimulation signal, and a controller comprising a processor and a memory having a plurality of instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by the processor, causes the controller to randomly select an electrical configuration from the plurality of electrodes of the electrode array by randomly selecting a first set of electrodes of the plurality of electrodes to function as electrical sources and a second set of electrodes of the plurality of electrodes to function as electrical sinks, and to instruct the signal generator to deliver the electrical stimulation signal to the patient via the randomly selected electrical configuration.

摘要: A method of providing therapy to a patient according to one embodiment includes partitioning a frequency range into a plurality of discrete frequency bands with each having a corresponding bandwidth, generating a composite electrical signal based on a plurality of periodic signals, wherein each periodic signal has a frequency within a corresponding frequency band of the plurality of discrete frequency bands, delivering the composite electrical signal through one or more electrodes to the patient to target at least one of neural tissue or non-neural tissue of the patient, adjusting an amplitude of one or more of a voltage or a current of the composite electrical signal within a selected frequency band of the plurality of discrete frequency bands to generate an adjusted signal based on feedback received from the patient, and delivering the adjusted electrical signal through the one or more electrodes to provide therapy to the patient.
