A solid-state imaging device according to an embodiment includes: a first sensor that detects light in a first wavelength band; and a second sensor that detects light of a second wavelength band different from the first wavelength band, in which the first sensor includes a first pixel (110) that detects light of the first wavelength band in incident light, and the second sensor includes a second pixel (110) that detects light in the second wavelength band that has transmitted through the first pixel among the incident light.

摘要: An imaging device includes at least one floating diffusion region, and a set of photoelectric conversion regions sharing the at least one floating diffusion region and that convert incident light into electric charges. The imaging device includes a first readout circuit and a second readout circuit. The first readout circuit is coupled to the at least one floating diffusion region and located at a first side of the set of photoelectric conversion region, and the second readout circuit is coupled to the at least one floating diffusion region. The second readout circuit includes a portion located at a second side of the set of photoelectric conversion regions that is opposite the first side, and the second readout circuit is configured to control the first readout circuit.

The image generation unit 40 generates a first frame, which is an image based on the first image signal, and a second frame, which is an image based on the second image signal. The self-position estimation unit 50 generates a surrounding map from the first frame. The object detection unit 60 detects a target object from the second frame and generates target object information.

摘要: Provided is a sensing system that includes a light emitting section, a predetermined number of pixels, a solid-state imaging element, and a counting section. In the solid-state imaging element, the light emitting section emits irradiation light in synchronization with a light emission control signal having a higher frequency than a vertical synchronization signal. Each of the predetermined number of pixels generates a pulse signal by photoelectric conversion and the counting section counts a number of pulse signals in synchronization with each of the light emission control signal and the vertical synchronization signal.
