摘要: Accuracy of results obtained by integrally processing information acquired by different sensors is improved. A solid-state imaging device according to an embodiment includes: a first sensor that detects light in a first wavelength band; and a second sensor that detects light of a second wavelength band different from the first wavelength band, in which the first sensor includes a first pixel (110) that detects light of the first wavelength band in incident light, and the second sensor includes a second pixel (110) that detects light in the second wavelength band that has transmitted through the first pixel among the incident light.

摘要: Systems and methods for implementing array cameras configured to perform super-resolution processing to generate higher resolution super-resolved images using a plurality of captured images and lens stack arrays that can be utilized in array cameras are disclosed. An imaging device in accordance with one embodiment of the invention includes at least one imager array, and each imager in the array comprises a plurality of light sensing elements and a lens stack including at least one lens surface, where the lens stack is configured to form an image on the light sensing elements, control circuitry configured to capture images formed on the light sensing elements of each of the imagers, and a super-resolution processing module configured to generate at least one higher resolution super-resolved image using a plurality of the captured images.

摘要: Hyperspectral, fluorescence, and laser mapping imaging with reduced fixed pattern noise are disclosed. A method includes actuating an emitter to emit a plurality of pulses of electromagnetic radiation and sensing reflected electromagnetic radiation resulting from the plurality of pulses of electromagnetic radiation with a pixel array of an image sensor to generate a plurality of exposure frames. The method includes applying edge enhancement to edges within an exposure frame of the plurality of exposure frames. The method is such that at least a portion of the pulses of electromagnetic radiation emitted by the emitter comprises one or more of: electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength from about 513 nm to about 545 nm, from about 565 nm to about 585 nm, from about 900 nm to about 1000 nm, an excitation wavelength of electromagnetic radiation that causes a reagent to fluoresce, or a laser mapping pattern.

摘要: A multi-mode sensor assembly is described. The sensor assembly includes a first die and a second die. The first die includes a pixel array composed of color pixels that detect light in one or more color channels and sparse pixels. The color pixels and the sparse pixels are arranged to form macro pixels, and each macro pixel includes a respective subset of the color pixels and a respective subset of the sparse pixels. The second die is positioned below and coupled to the first die. The second die includes an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) array that is communicatively coupled to the sparse pixels such that each subset of the sparse pixels has a single corresponding ADC in the ADC array.

摘要: A method of de-mosaicing pixel data from an image processor includes generating a pixel block that includes a plurality of image pixels. The method also includes determining a first image gradient between a first set of pixels of the pixel block and a second image gradient between a second set of pixels of the pixel block. The method also includes determining a first adaptive threshold value based on intensity of a third set of pixels of the pixel block. The pixels of the third set of pixels are adjacent to one another. The method also includes filtering the pixel block in a vertical, horizontal, or neutral direction based on the first and second image gradients and the first adaptive threshold value utilizing a plurality of FIR filters to generate a plurality of component images.

摘要: Provided is an imaging system capable of stereo-photographing with both of visible and infrared images, and improving color reproducibility in visible-light-photographing. The imaging system includes two imaging sensors, and two DBPFs that have transmittance characteristics in a visible light band and a second wavelength band, are respectively provided correspondingly to the two imaging sensors, and serve as optical filters. The imaging system has: at least four kinds of filters, which have mutual different spectral transmission characteristics corresponding to wavelengths in the visible light band and whose transmissions in a second wavelength band approximate each other; and two color filters provided so as respectively correspond to the two imaging sensors. The imaging system measures a distance to a target based on two visible or infrared image signals.

摘要: Image acquisition and analysis systems for efficiently generating high resolution geo-referenced spectral imagery of a region of interest. In some examples, aerial spectral imaging systems for remote sensing of a geographic region, such as a vegetative landscape are disclosed for monitoring the development and health of the vegetative landscape. In some examples photogrammetry processes are applied to a first set of image frames captured with a first image sensor having a first field of view to generate external orientation data and surface elevation data and the generated external orientation data is translated into external orientation data for other image sensors co-located on the same apparatus for generating geo-referenced images of images captured by the one or more other image sensors.

摘要: Controlling integral energy of a light pulse in a hyperspectral, fluorescence, and laser mapping imaging system is disclosed. A system includes an emitter for emitting pulses of electromagnetic radiation and an image sensor comprising a pixel array for sensing reflected electromagnetic radiation. The system includes an electromagnetic sensor for sensing energy emitted by the emitter. The system includes a controller configured to synchronize timing of the emitter and the image sensor. The system is such that at least a portion of the pulses of electromagnetic radiation emitted by the emitter comprises one or more of a hyperspectral emission, a fluorescence emission, or a laser mapping pattern.

摘要: An imaging device includes a first optical sensor, and a second optical sensor disposed on the side opposite to the light incidence side with respect to the first optical sensor and bonded to the first optical sensor. The first optical sensor includes a plurality of first pixels disposed two-dimensionally. The second optical sensor includes a plurality of second pixels disposed two-dimensionally. Each of the plurality of first pixels includes an embedded photodiode that generates charge in response to incidence of light in a first wavelength band. Each of the plurality of second pixels includes a charge generation region that generates charge in response to incidence of the light in a second wavelength band, a charge collection region to which the charge is transferred, a photogate electrode that attracts the charge, and a transfer gate electrode that transfers the charge to the charge collection region.
