摘要： Disclosed is a hard surface cleaning composition employing dibasic esters as a primary solvent in combination with a primary emulsifier, a short-chain cosurfactant, a secondary emulsifier and water. Optional components include a polar solvent and a thickener. The disclosed composition is preferably in the form of an oil continuous microemulsion and is provided as a component of a liquid or spray formulation for use, depending upon the application. The disclosed cleaning agents have a low odor and satisfy the 2005 CARB VOC requirements of less than 8% by weight for oven cleaners.

摘要： A cleaning composition containing: (a) from about 1.0 to about 15.0% by weight of a monoethanolamine salt of an alkyl sulfonic acid; (b) from about 3 to about 50% by weight of a C6-C14 methyl ester primary solvent; (c) from about 1.0 to about 15.0% by weight of a short-chain cosurfactant; (d) from about 1 to about 25% by weight of a polar solvent having a water solubility of from about 1 to 5 g/100 ml; (e) up to about 10.0% by weight of a nonionic surfactant; (f) from about 0.05 to about 3.0% by weight of a thickening agent selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and mixtures thereof; and (g) remainder, water, all weights being based on the total weight of the composition, and wherein the composition is terpene-free.

The preferred compositions contain at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants and combinations thereof; inorganic nanoparticles; a carrier dispersible polymer containing cationic, anionic and nonionic residues; and a carrier, preferably water. Methods for cleaning including applying to a surface a cleaning composition of the invention, and rinsing the surface, preferably with water, is also provided.

摘要： The invention relates to preparations for impregnating cosmetic wipes, characterized in that they contain (a) an emulsifier mixture containing nonionic and amphoteric surfactants in a quantity ratio of 10:1 to 1:1, based on the quantity of emulsifiers, (b) a mixture of wax components containing wax esters, partial glycerides and fatty alcohol ethoxylates and (c) at least one cationic polymer. The preparations containing wax particles lead to optimal foaming and cleansing performance and to a favorable sensorial impression.

摘要： Rifamycin derivatives having antimicrobial activities, including activities against drug-resistant microorganisms are claimed in this invention. The inventive rifamycin derivatives are uniquely designed in that they have a rifamycin moiety covalently linked to a linker group through the C-3 carbon of the rifamycin moiety and the linker is, in turn covalently linked to a therapeutic moiety or antibacterial agent/pharmacophore. The therapeutic moiety can be a quinolone, an oxazolidinone, a macrolide, an aminoglycoside, a tetracycline core or a structure/pharmacophore associated with an antibacterial agent.

摘要： A system for generating accessory power from a gas turbine engine is provided by the present invention. The system includes an electronic control device for monitoring at least one parameter which provides information about an incipient change in power demand, a control valve operated by the control device for supplying bleed air from the engine during a transient state in response to the at least one monitored parameter, and a pneumatically operated device for receiving the bleed air and for generating power to operate equipment onboard an aircraft. The pneumatically operated device may be an air turbine or a pneumatically integrated generator.

摘要： A computerized antenna mount system for continuously tracking a satellite in geosynchronous orbit that has an inclined orbit with respect to the equator. An antenna mount that automatically adjusts the declination angle of a ground station satellite antenna as a function of time after iteratively compiling the declination angle history from one complete orbit of a satellite. Authentication and authorization includes generating a profile for a device based on at least one characteristic observed during a successful attempt by the device to access an 802.1X network infrastructure. Expected characteristics for a next attempt to access the infrastructure by the device are determined. A characteristic of the next access attempt is matched to the expected characteristic and access to the network is selectively controlled as a result of the matching. This is achieved without a supplicant being installed on the device.

The hostile source is identified based on a previous threat attributed to the hostile source. The predictive modeling also includes an evaluation component that determines a characteristic of an interaction between a source and an endpoint. Further, the predictive modeling includes a validation component that compares the characteristic of the interaction with the profile data and controls access to the source by the endpoint based on the comparison. In addition, anti-malware software is not deployed on the endpoint.
