摘要: A supercooling apparatus of the present invention is capable of regulating a supercooled state for an item at temperatures below a phase transition temperature and adjusting temperature of the item in the supercooled state, wherein the supercooling apparatus comprises a storage space for receiving liquid or a stored item containing liquid; a cooling means for cooling the liquid, the stored item, or the storage space to a temperature below zero; and a temperature regulating means for applying a controlled amount of energy to the liquid, to surface of the stored item, or to gas above the surface, thereby regulating a temperature of the liquid or the stored item below a maximum ice crystal formation temperature zone of the liquid or the stored item. Therefore, the supercooling apparatus can control a supercooling temperature that has the biggest influence on ecological preservation of liquid or a stored item.

摘要: The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus including a non-freezing apparatus which can be installed in a refrigerating chamber or a refrigerating chamber door and stably store food in a non-frozen state. A cooling apparatus includes a freezing chamber, a refrigerating chamber, a freezing chamber door, a refrigerating chamber door, and a non-freezing apparatus installed in the refrigerating chamber or the refrigerating chamber door and storing food in a non-frozen state. In the non-freezing apparatus, since a lower space is cooled by the cool air introduced from the freezing chamber and an upper space is cooled by the atmosphere of the refrigerating chamber, it is possible to reduce a heating value of a heater which is operated to maintain the temperature of the upper space to be higher than that of the lower space.

摘要: A method for fabricating a semiconductor device includes forming at least two gate insulating layers having different thickness on a substrate having low, medium and high voltage regions; and then depositing a gate layer material on the gate insulating layers; and then forming a first etch mask on the gate layer material; and then forming gate electrodes in the low, medium and high voltage regions by etching the gate layer material using the first etch mask; and then forming a second etch mask to expose a thickest one of the gate insulating layers, the gate electrode and the first etch mask each formed in the high voltage region while covering the remaining gate insulating layers, the gate electrodes and the first etch masks formed in the low and medium voltage regions; and then etching the thickest gate insulating layer using the second etch mask; and then removing the first and second etch masks. Thereby, the first etch mask used for forming the gates remains without being removed even after the gate is formed to perform a role of a barrier during etching the gate insulating layer.

摘要: Disclosed are an exposure apparatus and a method thereof. The exposure apparatus includes a laser oscillating part which generates an incident light. A polarization part includes at least one medium, and generates a polarized light by reflecting the incident light from the medium. A light condensing part condenses the polarized light. An exposure part exposes a wafer using the polarized light condensed by the light condensing part.

摘要: A refrigerator having an ice making device, comprises: a case having an opening at one side thereof; a tray accommodation portion having opened upper and lower surfaces, and configured to be inserted into or withdrawn from the case through the opening; an ice tray accommodated in the tray accommodation portion, and containing water to be frozen to ice cubes; and an accommodation portion coupling unit for coupling the tray accommodation portion to the case. Water is poured onto the ice tray in a state that the ice tray has been accommodated in the tray accommodation portion, and then the ice tray is carried to be mounted to the case. This may solve the conventional problem that each ice tray has to be carried. Furthermore, since an external force such as hand trembling is transmitted to the ice tray via the tray accommodation portion, overflow of water is minimized.

摘要: A refrigerator includes a control apparatus and a storing space composed of an upper space and a lower space between which the air or heat exchange is limited. The storing space has a liquid in a supercooled state. A determination unit calculates an accumulated time during which the temperature of the storing space is maintained in a supercooling temperature range below the maximum ice crystal formation zone of the stored liquid after the sensed temperature enters the supercooling temperature range, compares the accumulated time with a supercooled-state determination time and determines that the stored liquid is in the supercooled state if the accumulated time is equal to or greater than the supercooled-state determination time.
