摘要： There is provided a terminal plate comprising a plate stacked body including a first metal plate that is electrically conductive and has a current collecting terminal for power collection, and second metal plates that have higher corrosion resistance than the first metal plate and are placed across the first metal plate. A first gasket is mounted to the second metal plate and is provided to surround at least a gas flow hole used for supply of a gas on the second metal plate-side. A second gasket is mounted to the second metal plate and is provided to surround a cooling water flow area which communicates with a cooling water flow hole used for supply of cooling water on the second metal plate-side. The current collecting terminal is protruded from a plate outer circumferential end of the first metal plate in a direction from one flow hole of the gas flow hole and the cooling water flow hole toward the plate outer circumferential end of the first metal plate. This configuration enables the current collecting terminal to be cooled down from the second metal plate-side via the first metal plate.

摘要： A fuel cell separator includes a separator main body having a first surface and a second surface, and a first seal member disposed on the first surface. When a region on the first surface of the separator main body corresponding to an electrode member disposed on the second surface is defined as a power generation region, and a region on the first surface of the separator main body corresponding to an in-cell seal member is defined as a seal region, a displacement/vibration reducing member made of polymer is disposed at a part of the seal region. The displacement/vibration reducing member includes multiple protrusions and a coupling portion. When viewed in plan view, an axis line connecting the centers of the figures of the adjacent protrusions does not coincide with a center line passing through the widthwise center of the coupling portion. The coupling portion has a gate cut mark.

摘要： A rubber gasket for a fuel cell is interposed between a first member and a second member stacked in the fuel cell. The fuel cell includes: a seat portion arranged on a surface of the first member; and a lip portion that includes a first hill portion projecting from the seat portion toward the second member and having a curved surface with a first curvature radius and a second hill portion projecting from the first hill portion toward the second member and having a curved surface with a second curvature radius smaller than the first curvature radius, and that makes elastic contact with the second member. The seat portion includes a planar inclined surface inclined with respect to the surface direction at a connecting portion leading to a bottom of the first hill portion.

摘要： A separator for a fuel cell, to be disposed opposing to a membrane electrode assembly, is provided. The separator includes a separator central area portion opposing to a center area of the membrane electrode assembly that concerns generating power, an outer edge portion located in an outer edge of the separator central area portion, a rubber molded body made of rubber, the rubber molded body being formed in the outer edge portion by die-casting a die-casting rubber material using die, and an adhesive layer formed in the outer edge portion, for adhering the rubber molded body to the outer edge portion. The adhesive layer is formed over an adhesive layer area that includes and is larger than an area where the rubber molded body is die-casted in the outer edge portion. Thus, a disadvantage due to burrs which are generated when die-casting the rubber molded body can be reduced.

摘要： In a fuel cell separator and the like, a technology for reducing the separation of a flow path rib which rectifies the flow of a fluid is desired.A separator used in a fuel cell is provided, the separator including: a separator main body that includes a fluid flow region through which a reactive gas or a coolant flows, a through-hole through which the reactive gas or the coolant flows, and a connection portion which connects the fluid flow region and the through-hole; and a flow rectifying portion that is arranged by being adhered on the connection portion and that rectifies flow of the reactive gas or the coolant between the fluid flow region and the through-hole, where the flow rectifying portion includes a plurality of protruded portions and a coupling portion which is thinner than the protruded portions and which couples the protruded portions.

摘要： Stacked unit cells 100 of a fuel cell each comprise a membrane electrode assembly 10, a pair of gas separators 40 and 50, and a first sealing portion 26 provided between the pair of gas separators. The fuel cell further comprises a second sealing portion provided between adjacent ones of the unit cells, a first manifold in which reaction gas flows, and a second manifold in which a coolant flows. One of the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion is an adhesive sealing portion, and another one of the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion is formed of a gasket. The adhesive sealing portion and the gasket are provided along the outer circumference of the manifold, in the fuel cell as viewed in a stacking direction. The gasket and the adhesive sealing portion are arranged in this order from a side closer to the manifold.
