    摘要: A Focusing electrode in an electron gun for a color cathode ray tube provides a higher degree of freedom in electron gun design and reduces errors during assembly of the electron gun. A first focusing electrode that receives a constant voltage has vertically elongated electron beam pass-through holes formed in it. A second focusing electrode that receives a dynamic voltage has electron beam pass-through holes that include a pair of burring parts formed on their upper and lower edges. The burring parts are disposed in each of the vertically elongated electron beam pass-through holes in the first focusing electrode without changing a horizontal diameter of the electron beam pass-through holes in the first focusing electrode.

    摘要: Focusing electrode in an electron gun for a color cathode ray tube, is disclosed, which can reduce a man-power and a number of components in a fabrication of the electron gun and can prevent a center electron beam from being elongated horizontally depending on a fitted depth of an inner guide electrode, the focusing electrode including a first focusing electrode adapted to be applied of a low static voltage and having a face with three vertically elongated electron beam pass-through holes of a key hole type and an inner guide electrode with three electron beam passthrough holes disposed at an inner side of the face, and a second focusing electrode adapted to be applied of a high dynamic voltage and having correcting electrodes unitary with a face of the second focusing electrode opposite to the first focusing electrode formed in a cathode direction at upper and lower sides of each of the three electron beam pass-through holes, whereby facilitating changes of center and side powers of the dynamic quadrupole lenses formed between the electron beam pass-through holes/the inner guide electrode in the first focusing electrode and the correcting electrodes on application of the dynamic voltage to the second focusing electrode by changing lengths between the center correcting electrode and the side correcting electrodes according to a fitted depth of the inner guide electrode in the second focusing electrode.

    摘要: An electron gun for a large-sized color cathode ray tube has three cathodes heated by a heater for emitting thermoelectrons, a first grid for controlling emitted electron beams on one side of the cathodes, a second grid for attracting the thermoelectrons gathered on the cathodes on one side of the first grid, a plurality of electrodes sequentially arranged on the second grid for accelerating and focusing the incoming electron beams, and a bead glass for fixing the electrodes spaced apart by predetermined distances, in which the thickness of the second grid is varied to decrease the divergence angle of the electron beams, and horizontal slits being rotary asymmetrical portions are formed in both sides around electron beam passing holes to contrive a quadrupole effect, thereby compensating for distortion of the electron beams on the periphery of a screen caused by a deflection aberration to thus improve resolution of large-sized Brawn tubes.

    摘要: Disclosed is a diamond tool. The diamond tool is coupled to a processing apparatus and may form a hole in a workpiece. The diamond tool includes a shank coupled to a connection portion formed at one end thereof and further coupled to the processing apparatus. There is a cylindrical opening formed at the other end of the shank; and segments formed at intervals along the periphery of the shank, the segments come into contact with the workpiece to form a hole in the workpiece. Each of the segments has at least one linear groove formed on the inner surface thereof or at least one oblique groove formed on the outer surface thereof. The segments are improved in shape to achieve improved cutting and cooling performance, increased stiffness and durability, and reduced load upon processing.

The present invention, in a transpose scan type cathode ray tube, an electron gun comprises a cathode electrode; a control electrode for controlling a generation amount of the electron beams; an acceleration electrode; a pre-focusing lens stage formed by pre-focusing electrodes; and a main lens stage having a main focusing electrode and an anode electrode, wherein the pre-focusing electrodes and the main focusing electrode are divided into at least two electrodes, and one of the divided two electrodes is applied by a constant voltage, and the other electrode is applied by a dynamic voltage, and quadruple lens stages are formed in the confronting portions between the electrode applied by the constant voltage and the electrode applied by the dynamic voltage.

    摘要: An outside rearview mirror for vehicles having a fixed part and a folding part pivotally connected to each other. A reversible motor is mounted on the fixed part. A serrate shaft is commonly received in the pivot bosses of the parts, thus to pivotally couple the folding part to the fixed part. The rotational force of the motor is transmitted to the serrate shaft through power transmission means. The pivot boss of the folding part has an internal gear gearing into the serrate shaft, the internal gear coupling the second pivot boss to the serrate shaft in the spline type coupling. Both the rotating motion and the number of revolutions of the motor are controlled by motor control means. The power transmission means comprises a drive gear on the output shaft of the motor and speed reduction middle gears gearing into both the drive gear and the serrate shaft. The motor control means comprises an automatic/manual operation convert switch, a folding part closing/opening switch and a relay, a transfer contact relay, a folding part position detecting sensor and a limit switch part.
