摘要: According to one aspect, a memory cell array includes a bit line connected to a plurality of nonvolatile memory cells, where the nonvolatile memory cells are selectively programmable in any one of at least first, second, third and fourth threshold voltage states, and where the first, second, third and fourth threshold voltage states correspond to four different data values defined by first and second bits. A page buffer circuit stores a logic value as main latch data and is responsive to a main latch signal to selectively flip the logic value of the main latch data according to a voltage level of the bit line. A sub-latch circuit stores a logic value as sub-latch data and is responsive to a sub-latch signal to selectively flip the logic value of the sub-latch data according to the voltage level of the bit line. The memory device is operable in a read mode which reads the threshold voltage state of the non-volatile memory cells and a programming mode which programs the threshold voltage state of the non-volatile memory cells, wherein the page buffer circuit is selectively responsive to the sub-latch data to inhibit flipping of the logic value of the main latch data in the programming mode.

摘要: Disclosed is a rubber composition obtained by chemically blending rubber with a filler, particularly in which Latex rubber is directly blended with a starch solution obtained by gelatinizing starch in water. Herein, as a coupling agent between Latex rubber and starch, resorcinol-formaldehyde is used. By this, a vulcanized rubber compound is prepared. When resorcinol-formaldehyde is used as a coupling agent during the blending of the Latex rubber with the gelatinized starch solution, it is possible to solve the problem of tensile strength lowering caused by low affinity with rubber. Furthermore, it is possible to inhibit starch loss caused by high water-solubility, during the blending of starch in a liquid state. Also, the physical property of the vulcanized rubber compound can be varied according to the amount of the added coupling agent.

摘要: The present invention provides an adhesive comprising graphene oxide including at an epoxy group, a hydroxyl group or a carboxylic acid group; and an alkoxysilane compound including an amine group, an epoxy group, a carboxylic acid group, a hydroxyl group, or a thiol group. More specifically the adhesive may be used for bonding a polyurethane elastomer to an aluminum material, in which a silane compound and graphene oxide are applied to improve adhesive strength, compared to adhesives including the silane compound only. In addition, during a separation process for recycling after use, the aluminum material and polyurethane can be easily separated from each other by polyurethane pyrolysis through rapid heating due to microwave absorption properties of graphene oxide.

摘要: The present invention relates to a modified CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) which is prepared by coupling a consecutive sequence of deoxyribothymine (dT) to the 3′-terminus of CpG ODN having immunoregularory function, thereby improving immunoactivity of splenocytes, macrophages and peripheral mononuclear cells, and therefore, can be effectively used as a vaccine adjuvant for preventing and treating hepatitis B or an anti-cancer agent. Since the phosphorothioate CpG ODN having the consecutive sequence of dT at its 3′-terminus shows high activity inducing Th-1 immune response and does not elicit in vivo toxicity with guaranteeing its safety, it can be effectively used as a vaccine adjuvant.
