    摘要: A semantic-based searching apparatus and method which can search for desired information from various types of media using associative properties of search target objects are provided. The semantic-based searching apparatus stores an associative search structure that previously stores a semantic index. The associative search structure is to obtain a final search object corresponding to an input search query. The semantic index configuration includes feature metadata used to identify a specific object, semantic entity metadata to indicate semantic entities corresponding to the feature metadata, and semantic relation metadata to indicate a relation between the semantic entities. The semantic-based searching apparatus uses semantic metadata stored in conformity with the semantic index configuration, the semantic index, and the associative search structure to generate a search result corresponding to the input search query.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for providing a terminal web service capable of being associated with data and/or native operations of a terminal while using a rich internet application are provided. The terminal apparatus includes a web application providing unit and a terminal web service providing unit. The web application providing unit discovers a terminal web service control script, which performs control to achieve association with respect to a terminal web service provided by the terminal apparatus, by executing a client script received from an external web server and to generate a hypertext transport protocol (HTTP) request message for requesting the terminal web service by use of the terminal web service control script. The terminal web service providing unit is configured to, upon reception of the HTTP request message, provide the terminal web service by sending the web application providing unit a HTTP reply message for providing reply information by the terminal web service.

    摘要: A method for preparing a CIS (Cu—In—Se) compound includes (S1) producing a plurality of first composite particles having an indium selenide outer layer physically coupled to at least a part of a copper selenide seed particle surface or a plurality of second composite particles having a copper selenide outer layer physically coupled to at least a part of an indium selenide seed particle surface; and (S2) making a CIS compound by thermally treating composite particles selected from the group consisting of the first composite particles, the second composite particles and their mixtures. This method may prevent loss of selenium, which inevitably requires selenium environment, and also improves dispersion, coupling and reaction uniformity for the formation of a CIS compound.
