    摘要: A regulator and an organic light emitting diode display including the regulator are disclosed. The regulator includes a reference voltage generating unit generating a reference voltage from an input voltage, a voltage division resistor circuit dividing a voltage of an output terminal of the regulator to generate a feedback voltage, a comparator comparing the reference voltage with the feedback voltage, a transistor that is turned on or off based on an output of the comparator and switches on or off the input voltage supplied to the output terminal, and a sink current breaking circuit for discharging a sink current flowing in the output terminal to a ground level voltage source.

There are further advantages in that the devices are divided without carrying out a scribing process so that the occurrence of defects such as cracking or bending can be reduced, and spacing between the devices for the scribing process need not be maintained, thereby increasing the degree of integration of devices.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display and a low power driving method of the OLED display are provided. The OLED display comprises a display panel that comprises data lines, scan lines intersecting the data lines, and light emitting cells arranged in a matrix form, wherein the light emitting cells respectively comprise OLEDs, a DC-DC converter that is enabled in a normal mode to supply a first high potential power voltage to the display panel and is disabled in a low power mode, and a panel driver that drives the data lines and the scan lines of the display panel, disables the DC-DC converter in the low power mode, and supplies a second high potential power voltage to the display panel.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes a display panel including data lines, scan lines crossing the data lines, and light emitting cells, which are arranged in a matrix form and each include an OLED, and a panel driving circuit, which reduces a reference voltage applied to an anode of the OLED to a ground level voltage in a sleep-out mode and adjusts the reference voltage at a voltage level greater than the ground level voltage. The reference voltage is held at a voltage level greater than the ground level voltage in a normal driving mode.
