摘要： A photoconductive structure includes first layers of a photoconductive material having one spectral response region and second layers of a different photoconductive material having a different spectral response region laminated one on another either alternately or in a predetermined order at least two times, the thickness of each layer being such that light penetrates therethrough, i.e., less than 2 Mu . Low-resistivity photoconductive materials can be used to provide multilayer structures having a high sensitivity to a predetermined range of wavelengths of light, for example, to the red-light region and a wide spectral region.

摘要： An image intensifier vidicon which is divided by a semiconductor target into an image section, the inner surface of the face plate of which is coated with an electron-emissive layer and a scanning section, wherein said semi-conductor target includes a semiconductor substrate, a plurality of PN junctions formed therein, an accelerating layer formed on the electron incident side of said target, and a scanning surface which is protected from contamination by alkali metals constituting the electronemissive layer by means of insulation rings provided in the scanning section. One of the insulation rings also set the critical spacing between the target and a mesh electrode.

摘要： In a color television image pick-up device the light received through an objective lens is divided to follow two discrete paths, a part of the light being supplied to a brilliance image pick-up and the other part of the light being supplied through a Magenta filter to a chromaticity image pick-up tube including a stripe filter formed on the inner surface of a face plate and consisting of alternate monochromatic portions of red or blue color and transparent portions, thus obtaining color television signals from the output from two image pick-up tubes.
